本实用新型涉及一种大功率LED灯。
背景技术
目前市面上LED照明70％使用在工业照明和商业照明上。LED灯具虽然具有亮度高、使用寿命长、节能环保等优点，但其售价至少是普通灯具的三四倍，而且商业和工业用的LED照明灯个体比较大，重量也大，拆装不方便，并且没有做到适合居家用的发光亮度和节电的理念，家庭中使用时间和数量有限，并不能完全体现节能的价值，从经济角度来说，并不划算。而由于家庭使用率低，因此为居家使用设计的灯具也较少，这又导致了家庭使用受到限制。现在国家已经在积极推动节能环保产品的使用。现在LED灯具的生产技术不断成熟，生产规模不断扩大后，价格也会下降到一个能够让普通消费者接受的位置，所以家庭对LED灯具的需求就出现了大幅度的增长。但是传统的LED灯用在家庭使用中还无法做到美观，体积小，亮度好且节电等功能。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大功率LED灯，本实用新型具有体积小、重量轻、美观大方、照明亮度好、使用寿命长，功耗低的特点。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种大功率LED灯，包括透镜，散热器，连接帽和灯头；其中透镜安装在散热器上，散热器上压入安装有内绝缘座，内绝缘座上卡合安装有驱动板，驱动板安装在连接帽内，连接帽与灯头卡合安装；且透镜与散热器之间通过螺钉螺合安装有铝基板，铝基板上安装有3颗LED灯。
所述的透镜上安装有铝盖。
所述的连接帽直径为17mm，且灯头的直径也为配套设置成17mm。
所述的铝基板的直径为33mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型外型设计新颖独特，外壳采用铝压铸件确保了良好的散热效果，有效的减少了LED使用过程中的光衰。采用光学高效透镜，光损小，照度好，具有体积小、重量轻、美观大方、照明亮度好、使用寿命长，功耗低的特点。

如图1，图2所示的一种大功率LED灯，包括透镜2，散热器5，连接帽8和灯头9；其中透镜2安装在散热器5上，散热器5上压入安装有内绝缘座6，内绝缘座6上卡合安装有驱动板7，驱动板7安装在连接帽8内，连接帽8与灯头9卡合安装；连接帽8直径为17mm，且灯头9的直径也为配套设置成17mm。且透镜2与散热器5之间通过螺钉3螺合安装有铝基板10，铝基板10与散热器5之间涂抹有导热硅脂，铝基板10上安装有3颗LED灯4。铝基板10的直径为33mm。透镜2上安装有铝盖1。

1.一种大功率LED灯，其特征在于：包括透镜(2)，散热器(5)，连接帽(8)和灯头(9)；其中透镜(2)安装在散热器(5)上，散热器(5)上压入安装有内绝缘座(6)，内绝缘座(6)上卡合安装有驱动板(7)，驱动板(7)安装在连接帽(8)内，连接帽(8)与灯头(9)卡合安装；且透镜(2)与散热器(5)之间通过螺钉(3)螺合安装有铝基板(10)，铝基板(10)上安装有3颗LED灯(4)。
