一种用于城市生活垃圾焚烧炉漏渣斗的灭火装置，由灭火喷嘴、温度仪表、电磁控制阀构成；炉排下配风是由漏渣斗引入风管吹入，而炉排下漏渣最易集结在炉排下漏渣斗内不平的地方，漏渣斗内的漏渣最易在不平整的风管接入口集结，因此灭火喷嘴设置于风管接入口的正对面。对于原先不设置此漏渣斗的灭火装置，由于漏渣起火漏渣斗温度升高会导致炉排的烧坏；设置上述灭火装置后，一旦发生起火，灭火装置会立即自动启动对漏渣斗进行灭火，降低漏渣斗内的温度，对炉排进行有效保护保证炉排长期安全的运行，使炉排的使用寿命达到6~8年以上。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及固废处理领域，尤其涉及城市生活垃圾焚烧炉漏渣斗。
背景技术
目前国内城市生活垃圾焚烧炉的炉排在设计时考虑到炉排受热的膨胀，炉排间都预留有合理的间隙以减少炉排受热膨胀后的摩擦，而此间隙难免会导致炉排下漏渣的产生。一般正常运行时漏渣会通过漏渣斗进入出渣系统，而当发生漏渣斗内熔融铝、焦油等粘着的情况，就易发生漏渣斗的集结起火，起火后漏渣斗内温度升高会导致炉排的烧坏。针对此情况，需在漏渣斗内设置灭火喷嘴，如果发生漏渣熔融、结焦等粘着起火的情况，可以通过设置在漏渣斗内的喷嘴定期喷水，冲落粘着物，根据漏渣斗内温度仪表的联控控制，启动电磁控制阀应对漏渣斗内可能发生的火灾；解决现有城市生活垃圾焚烧中因漏渣斗内漏渣集结起火未及时灭火，炉排下漏渣斗内温度升高致使炉排烧坏的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于城市生活垃圾焚烧炉漏渣斗的灭火装置，以解决漏渣斗的集结起火后，漏渣斗内温度升高会导致炉排烧坏的技术问题。
本实用新型提出一种用于城市生活垃圾焚烧炉漏渣斗的灭火装置，由灭火喷嘴、温度仪表、电磁控制阀构成；炉排下配风是由漏渣斗引入风管吹入，而炉排下漏渣最易集结在炉排下漏渣斗内不平的地方，漏渣斗内的漏渣最易在不平整的风管接入口集结，因此灭火喷嘴设置于风管接入口的正对面。
进一步的，正常运行时一次风的最高温度为300摄氏度，所以漏渣斗内温度仪表正常运行时温度最高为300摄氏度；当漏渣斗内由于漏渣的集结而导致渣斗起火时，通过漏渣斗内的温度仪表的高温报警联锁启动电磁控制阀的开启，冷却水由灭火喷嘴喷入对漏渣斗内的漏渣起火进行喷淋，有效实现漏渣的灭火。
对于原先不设置此漏渣斗的灭火装置，由于漏渣起火漏渣斗温度升高会导致炉排的烧坏；设置上述灭火装置后，一旦发生起火，灭火装置会立即自动启动对漏渣斗进行灭火，降低漏渣斗内的温度，对炉排进行有效保护保证炉排长期安全的运行，使炉排的使用寿命达到6~8年以上。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，一种用于城市生活垃圾焚烧炉漏渣斗的灭火装置，由灭火喷嘴3、温度仪表4、电磁控制阀5构成，炉排下配风是由漏渣斗引入风管吹入，而炉排下漏渣最易集结在炉排下漏渣斗1内不平的地方，漏渣斗内的漏渣最易在不平整的风管接入口2集结，因此灭火喷嘴设置于风管接入口的正对面。
正常运行时一次风的最高温度为300摄氏度，所以漏渣斗内温度仪表正常运行时温度最高为300摄氏度，当漏渣斗内由于漏渣的集结而导致渣斗起火时，通过漏渣斗内的温度仪表的高温报警，设置温度为350度，联锁启动电磁控制阀的开启，冷却水6由灭火喷嘴喷入对漏渣斗内的漏渣起火进行喷淋，有效的实现漏渣的灭火。设置此灭火装置后，一旦起火灭火装置会立即自动启动对漏渣斗进行灭火，降低漏渣斗内的温度，对炉排进行有效保护保证炉排长期安全的运行，使炉排的使用寿命达到6~8年以上。
