Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种能够消除浆体管道中由于地形以及其它因素引起的加速流现象，使浆体管道避免遭受加速流危害的浆体管道加速流消除装置。它是在主流管道上，分别安装有进气阀和回流管网；在浆体管道加速流消除装置的前端和后端，分别安装了进口法兰和出口法兰。用户按照浆体的流动方向，通过进口法兰和出口法兰将该装置连接到浆体管道中，通过进气阀和回流管网共同作用，解决了由于浆体加速流引起的真空和水跃问题，进而达到了消除浆体管道加速流的目的。

背景技术
本实用新型做出以前，现有的浆体管道加速流消除设备不能方便、快捷的消除加速流给浆体管道运行带来的危害，甚至在安装使用过程中费时、费力，并增加了浆体管道的建设和运行成本，给浆体管道工程应用带来了不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
为了解决现有的浆体管道加速流消除设备的缺点和不足，满足实际工程需要，并达到省时、省力和省钱的目的，本实用新型提供一种浆体管道加速流消除装置，该浆体管道加速流消除装置结构简单，安装方便，消除加速流效果显著。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在装置中，进口法兰、进气阀、回流管网和出口法兰分别按顺序安装在主流管道上，其中在主流管道上安装有进气阀和回流管网，进气阀内部安装有滤网，并且回流管网的内壁粗糙度小于主流管道的内壁粗糙度。按照浆体的流动方向通过进口法兰和出口法兰把该装置接入浆体管道。由于浆体存在余压，在进口法兰处就会产生负压，而在出口法兰处产生高压，利用两者压差并通过回流管网将浆体回流来弥补损失的浆体，这样就消除了水跃问题和部分的真空问题，当进口法兰处还存在负压时，就通过进气阀利用空气来彻底解决真空问题，这样就达到了消除浆体管道加速流的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，能够有效的消除浆体管道加速流现象，并且该装置结构简单、经济，安装方便、快捷，满足了浆体管道工程应用的需要。

3.根据权利要求1所述的浆体管道加速流消除装置，其特征是：回流管网的内壁粗糙度小于主流管道的内壁粗糙度。
