本实用新型涉及一种管道疏水器。 
背景技术
在含水汽的工业废气收集管道中,若为负压收集工况,则容易造成管道内积水,导致管壁腐蚀加快、引风阻力大等影响,从而导致工况运行不稳定,加快相关设备的老化,这是整个生产领域所面临的问题。近年来,工厂因管道疏水器疏水效果不理想引起的问题越来越多,因此对管道疏水设备进行改造的需求越来越迫切。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作效率高、使用寿命长、疏水效果好的管道疏水器,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。 
为达到上述效果,本实用新型管道疏水器所采用的技术方案是: 
一种管道疏水器,其特征在于,包括安装管道的管道入口和管道出口,其间为直径加粗的扩散段,沿扩散段中间再增加直径更粗的断流装置,使中上端积水能沿管壁流至下端汇集在水槽内通过排水口排出。所述水槽排水口为圆形截面并位于断流装置的下端。

如图1所示,本发明管道疏水器包括安装管道的管道入口和管道出口,其间为直径加粗 的扩散段3,使气体流过时减低了流速,使气流中较大的水分子有效地沉积下来,在沉积过程中,逐渐汇集成大颗粒水珠,为避免上端上面水珠再次流淌下来汇入高速气流中,沿扩散段3中间再增加直径更粗的断流装置4,使中上端积水能沿管壁流至下端汇集在水槽内通过排水口5排出。 
通过增加断流装置4,避免积水二次被气流带入。

1.一种管道疏水器,其特征在于,包括安装管道的管道入口和管道出口,其间为直径加粗的扩散段,沿扩散段中间再增加直径更粗的断流装置,使中上端积水能沿管壁流至下端汇集在水槽内通过排水口排出。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道疏水器,其特征在于所述水槽排水口为圆形截面并位于断流装置的下端。
