一种将粉料筛分成细粉和粗粉的装置。
背景技术
目前将粉料分成细粉和粗粉的方法一是用人工过筛，缺陷是功效低，费时费力；二是用振动式平板过筛机筛分，缺陷是机器结构复杂，制造难度大，成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提高一种旋转式粉料筛分机，做到结构简单、制造容易，且功效高。
技术方案是机架上装有电机和减速机，横卧的桶式筛网经前支撑杆、档板及后支撑杆固装在减速机主轴延长杆上，桶式筛网下方装有细粉槽，细粉槽底部有细粉出料口，紧靠桶式筛网开口端下边缘处安有倾料的粗粉出料口；与筛分机配套的粉料储罐安置在桶式筛网开口端一侧，其下方有倾斜的进料斗伸向桶式筛网。
工作原理如下：电机和减速机带动桶式筛网旋转，粉料由倾料的进料斗冲入桶式筛网内，细粉在旋转过程中通过筛网落到细粉槽内，剩余的粗粉则从桶式筛网开口端落入粗粉出料口。档板的作用是防止由进料斗冲下的粉料直接从桶式筛网底面冲出。桶式筛网可以按需要予以更换；如果需要200目细粉，就用200目桶式筛网；如果需要400目细粉，就用400目桶式筛网。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的特点是省时省力、工效高，且结构简单，制作成本低。

具体实施方式
如图所示，机架1上装有电机2和减速机3，横卧的桶式筛网4经前支撑杆41、档板42及后支撑杆43固装在减速机3主轴延长杆31上，桶式筛网4下方装有细粉槽5，细粉槽5底部有细粉出料口6，紧靠桶式筛网4开口端下边缘处安有倾斜的粗粉出料口7；与筛分机配套的粉料储罐8安置在桶式筛网4开口端一侧，其下方有倾斜的进料斗9伸向桶式筛网4。
