本实用新型属于一种电池化成系统。
背景技术
目前,电池厂家在用的电池化成系统,对成品电池进行充放电测试,对电池进行检测;现有的电池化成系统多为全人工操作的系统,需要工人手工将电池放入装架式化成系统中,操作很不方便、消耗较多的体力,而且精度不高,如电池位置放不好,容易造成电池容量和内阻不同,影响电池的品质。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电池化成系统的操作不方便、劳动强度大、精度不高的不足,本实用新型提供一种操作方便、降低劳动强度、提高精度的电池化成系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电池化成系统,包括安装框架、上针板组件、下针板组件和用以放置待化成电池的电池盘,所述下针板组件包括下针板和下针板安装板,所述下针板安装在所述下针板安装板上,所述安装框架上固定安装所述下针板安装板,所述上针板组件包括上针板和上针板安装板,所述上针板安装在所述上针板安装板上,所述上针板安装在可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴上,所述上针板支承轴安装在所述安装框架上,所述上针板安装板与驱动气缸传动连接,所述上针板位于所述下针板的正上方,所述上针板和下针板之间设有电池板左右托盘,所述电池板左右托盘可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴上,所述电池板左右托盘的前部与托盘前连接板连接,所述电池板左右托盘的后部与电池托盘导轨后连接板连接,所述电池板的两侧可滑动地套装在所述电池板左右托盘上。
进一步,所述电池托盘导轨后连接板上安装电池盘后挡板,所述电池盘后挡板上安装用以检测待化成的电池盘位置是否到位的检测开关。
所述上针板安装板上安装风机。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:1、操作方便,自动化程度高,省去很多人力;2、电池定位精度高,稳定可靠,改以前的由下往上运动方式为由上向下运动方式,使上探针先接触电池,接而再接触下探针,再一起压缩,可以避免电池向上运动过程中可能出现的晃动;3、整个运动机构纵向空间小,限位块都集成在上下针板安装板内部,可有效节约很多空间,在有限空间内可容纳更多的电池化成单元,进而节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参照图1和图2,一种电池化成系统,包括安装框架、上针板组件、下针板组件和用以放置待化成电池的电池盘,所述下针板组件包括下针板1和下针板安装板2,所述下针板1安装在所述下针板安装板2上,所述安装框架上固定安装所述下针板安装板2,所述上针板组件包括上针板3和上针板安装板4,所述上针板3安装在所述上针板安装板4上,所述上针板3安装在可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴5上,所述上针板支承轴5安装在所述安装框架上,所述上针板安装板4与驱动气缸6传动连接,所述上针板3位于所述下针板1的正上方,所述上针板和下针板之间设有电池板左右托盘7,所述电池板左右托盘7可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴5上,所述电池板左右托盘7的前部与托盘前连接板8连接,所述电池板左右托盘7的后部与电池托盘导轨后连接板9连接,所述电池板的两侧可滑动地套装在所述电池板左右托盘7上。
所述电池托盘导轨后连接板9上安装电池盘后挡板,所述电池盘后挡板上安装用以检测待化成的电池盘位置是否到位的检测开关。所述上针板安装板4上安装风机10。
在使用时,先把装有电池的电池盘放在化成系统托盘前连接板8、电池盘左右托盘7和电池盘左右挡条间推至电池盘与电池盘导轨后连接板9接触而不能运动时,装在电池盘后挡板上的检测开关检测到待分选电池盘就绪后,电控系统开始控制打开气源推动驱动气缸6带动上针板3向下运动,运动至限位块与电池盘左右托盘7接触后,电池盘通过导向销与运动机构精确定位,上针板上的上探针与电池上端接触并已压缩4mm,然后电池盘、上针板、电池盘左右托盘一起向下运动,运动至托盘托板上的轴承下表面与轴套相接触后,此时下针板的下探针压缩推动电池离开电池盘,同时压缩上探针至上下探针压缩量相等量;延迟5秒后,电控系统将发送电池化成流程,电池开始化成。此时电池被顶在上下针板之间脱离电池盘,不会把压力压在电池盘上,又通过电池盘把电池进行了精确的定位,达到电池同时完成该动作。

1.一种电池化成系统,其特征在于:所述电池化成系统包括安装框架、上针板组件、下针板组件和用以放置待化成电池的电池盘,所述下针板组件包括下针板和下针板安装板,所述下针板安装在所述下针板安装板上,所述安装框架上固定安装所述下针板安装板,所述上针板组件包括上针板和上针板安装板,所述上针板安装在所述上针板安装板上,所述上针板安装在可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴上,所述上针板支承轴安装在所述安装框架上,所述上针板安装板与驱动气缸传动连接,所述上针板位于所述下针板的正上方,所述上针板和下针板之间设有电池板左右托盘,所述电池板左右托盘可上下滑动地套装在上针板支撑轴上,所述电池板左右托盘的前部与托盘前连接板连接,所述电池板左右托盘的后部与电池托盘导轨后连接板连接,所述电池板的两侧可滑动地套装在所述电池板左右托盘上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池化成系统,其特征在于:所述电池托盘导轨后连接板上安装电池盘后挡板,所述电池盘后挡板上安装用以检测待化成的电池盘位置是否到位的检测开关。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池化成系统,其特征在于:所述上针板安装板上安装风机。
