一种双面异式密封的满装圆柱滚子轴承,包括双挡边外圈、单挡边内圈、滚子、平挡圈、接触式密封圈和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈,滚子位于双挡边外圈和单挡边内圈之间,接触式密封圈安装在双挡边外圈和单挡边内圈之间,平挡圈和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈安装在外圈挡边的槽中,平挡圈和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈相嵌形成迷宫式密封。
本实用新型的有益效果是:此轴承既能够限制轴承的双向轴向移动,又能够保证轴承的全封闭密封;轴承的满滚子设计保证了轴承承载大,增加了轴承的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的双面异式密封的满装圆柱滚子轴承包括双挡边外圈1、单挡边内圈2、滚子3、平挡圈4、接触式密封圈5和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6。
本实用新型双面异式密封的满装圆柱滚子轴承的装配过程如下:
首先,将滚子3装入双挡边外圈1后,放入单挡边内圈2,再把安装在单挡边处的接触式密封圈5装入双挡边外圈1的密封槽中,即把接触式密封圈5按入到双挡边外圈1和单挡边内圈2之间,然后,再把平挡圈4和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6按入到外圈挡边的槽中,平挡圈4和非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6相嵌,这样避免了非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6太长容易变形,平挡圈4与非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6形成了迷宫式密封。这样的结构既利于滚子的安装,而且两面的密封结构又可以阻挡灰尘的入侵,另外还限制了滚子的轴向位移。
本实用新型的轴承是全密封式满装圆柱滚子结构,轴承一侧设有接触式密封圈5,另一侧带有非接触全封闭式防尘弹簧挡圈6,通过这两种异式密封结构的结合,既保证了轴承的装配,又保证了密封的效果。
本实用新型的双面异式密封的满装圆柱滚子轴承结构为接触式密封圈与迷宫式密封联合使用,既起到双向密封作用,又限制滚子双向轴向移动的效果。轴承的应用工况为载荷大、转速低,而轴承的满滚子设计保证了轴承承载大,增加了轴承的使用寿命。
