背景技术
在造纸行业中，成卷的纸需按照不同规格分切以适于各种需求，切割纸幅时由于刀具高速运转，散落的细小纤维或纸粉容易复卷进分切纸卷，对最终的印刷及使用效果产生影响。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种消除纤维尘粒、提高成纸使用效果的成纸分切除尘装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所设计的成纸分切除尘装置，包括分切机、抽吸设备和管路，管路连在抽吸设备上，分切机设在密封空间内，管路另一端接入密封空间，其特征是分切机的切割处设有除尘管道，除尘管道上设有吸口和管帽，除尘管道通过细管与密封空间外的管路连接，能防止细小纤维、纸粉等复卷进分切纸卷，提高印刷及使用效果。
为了使除尘管道吸口的结构简单化，所述除尘管道的吸口由支板和面板构成，面板设在支板上，面板上配合设有密封滑，密封滑可为PVC材质。
本实用新型得到的成纸分切除尘装置，通过在分切机的切割处设除尘管道，除尘管道通过细管与管路连接，能防止细小纤维等复卷进分切纸卷，提高印刷及使用效果；同时除尘管道的吸口由支板和面板构成，使结构简单化。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
实施例1：
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型提供的成纸分切除尘装置，包括分切机9、抽吸设备1和管路2，抽吸设备1上连接管路2，分切机9在密封空间内工作，连接在抽吸设备1上的管路2从外向内接入分切机9工作的密封空间，分切机9的切割处设有除尘管道4，除尘管道4的管身上带有一体式的开口，支板5固定在开口的左右两侧，带有一体式小孔的面板6固定盖在左右两侧的支板5上，支板5和面板6形成除尘管道4的吸口，面板6上安装密封滑7，密封滑7为PVC材质，除尘管道4通过细管3与密封空间外的管路2连接。工作时，抽吸设备1提供一定强度的吸附力，通过接入分切机工作密封空间的管路2，使整个密封空间形成真空效果，同时通过贯联在管路2上的细管3，使除尘管道4内形成一定的吸附力，使除尘管道4吸口上密封的密封滑7打开，吸附力通过面板6上的小孔进行除尘工作，使切割纸幅时的细小纤维、纸粉等进入除尘管道4，在除尘管道4一端口上安装了一个可活动的管帽8，工作人员可以不定时的对除尘管道4内的细小纤维、纸粉等进行清理，提高最终的印刷及使用效果。

1.一种成纸分切除尘装置，包括分切机(9)、抽吸设备(1)和管路(2)，管路(2)连在抽吸设备(1)上，分切机(9)设在密封空间内，管路(2)另一端接入密封空间，其特征是分切机(9)的切割处设有除尘管道(4)，除尘管道(4)上设有吸口和管帽(8)，除尘管道(4)通过细管(3)与密封空间外的管路(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成纸分切除尘装置，其特征是所述除尘管道(4)的吸口由支板(5)和面板(6)构成，面板(6)设在支板(5)上，面板(6)上配合设有密封滑(7)。
