背景技术
电子行业的硅片在中后期研磨抛光过程中，对表面质量要求非常高，不得有丝毫划痕，这就要求氧化铝微粉粒度分布要均匀，颗粒形状要圆滑，不得有棱角尖状物，微粉制备难度非常大。
现有技术中，氧化铝微粉一般采用球磨后分级的工艺制备，不能满足电子行业用研磨材的要求。

本实用新型提供一种圆片状氧化铝微粉生产设备系统，其制备的氧化铝微粉颗粒为圆片状，且形状圆滑，能够满足电子行业用研磨材的需要。
