背景技术
现有的具有盘管换热器的太阳能热水器换热水箱，其盘管换热器大部分固定在水箱内胆上，一种是盘管换热器在水箱内胆内，缺点是盘管换热器易结水垢，不易维修；优点是换热效果好。另一种是盘管换热器在内胆外，缺点是换热效果差，优点是盘管换热器外不结水垢，但水箱内胆内壁结水垢也会影响换热效果。但上述两者，盘管换热器都是固定在水箱上不可拆卸的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种盘管换热器可拆卸，便于维修和护理，同时换热效果好的太阳能热水器换热水箱。
本实用新型的太阳能热水器换热水箱，包括水箱、位于水箱内胆内的盘管换热器，在水箱壁上开有可通过盘管换热器的法兰口，法兰盘可拆卸连接在法兰口处，与盘管换热器相通的进水管和出水管固定在法兰盘上。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于盘管换热器可通过法兰口，把法兰盘从水箱壁上拆卸下来后，盘管换热器即可从水箱内取出，维修和护理比较方便。因此，盘管换热器外结水垢后，可以很方便地拆下来清洗，清除水垢后又可与新盘管换热器一样，换热效率高。同时，盘管换热器在水箱内胆内，直接在水中换热，换热效果好。
上述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，盘管换热器的外径小于法兰口直径。
上述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，盘管换热器用铜管、不锈钢管或的具有搪瓷层的搪瓷钢管等导热性能好，耐温热性能好，而且防腐性能好的材料制成。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示的太阳能热水器换热水箱，包括卧式水箱1、位于水箱内胆内底部的盘管换热器2，在水箱壁上开有可通过盘管换热器的法兰口3，法兰盘4通过螺栓连接在法兰口处，与盘管换热器相通的进水管5和出水管6均穿过并焊接在法兰盘4上。盘管换热器属于现有技术，其盘管沿径向方向可以盘成单层，也可以盘成双层，三层甚至更多层，只要盘管换热器最外直径小于法兰口直径就可以很方便地安装进水箱内胆内。盘管换热器材料可以是铜管，不锈钢管，搪瓷钢管(具有搪瓷层的钢管)等导热性能好，耐温热性能好，而且防腐性能好的材料。
本实用新型的创新点在于将盘管换热器焊接在水箱内胆的法兰盘上。其优点是：1、直接在水中换热，换热效果好。2、法兰盘易拆卸，便于维修和护理。3、盘管换热器外结水垢后，可以很方便地拆下来清洗，清除水垢后又可与新盘管换热器一样，换热效率高。4、在卧式水箱中，可以将盘管换热器伸到水箱底部，便于加热整个水箱的水，同时又不影响安装。

1.一种太阳能热水器换热水箱，包括水箱、位于水箱内胆内的盘管换热器，其特征是：在水箱壁上开有可通过盘管换热器的法兰口，法兰盘可拆卸连接在法兰口处，与盘管换热器相通的进水管和出水管固定在法兰盘上。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，其特征是：盘管换热器的外径小于法兰口直径。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，其特征是：盘管换热器以铜管、不锈钢管或的具有搪瓷层的搪瓷钢管制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，其特征是：盘管换热器沿径向方向具有两层以上的盘管。
5.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器换热水箱，其特征是：所述盘管换热器位于水箱内胆内底部。
