本实用新型是一种空气能热水器的换热盘管,属于空气能热水器的换热盘管的改进技术。
背景技术
空气能热水器因其高效节能而日益受到消费者的接受。现有空气能热水器换热盘管分为外盘管和内盘管两种。外盘管是将换热盘管缠绕在承压保温水箱不锈钢内胆外壁上,盘管与内胆壁换热后再传递给内胆中的水,因其不与水接触,所以不存在结垢、腐蚀等问题,但需要隔内胆传热,且传热接触面积少,导致效率较低;内盘管直接与水接触换热,效率高,目前有紫铜、搪瓷等换热盘管,现有紫铜换热盘管长期泡在热水中,容易腐蚀及结垢,使用一段时间后效率下降,严重时存在盘管穿孔、漏电等导致系统损毁的重大隐患;现有搪瓷换热盘管虽耐腐蚀,但工艺较复杂,使用过程中反复热胀冷缩易起泡剥离,导致盘管腐蚀穿孔。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀,防结垢,使用寿命长,安全可靠的空气能热水器绝缘换热盘管。
本实用新型技术方案是:一种空气能热水器的换热盘管,包括螺旋盘管,其特征在于所述螺旋盘管的外壁上涂有绝缘防腐涂层。
所述螺旋盘管由碳钢制成。
所述绝缘防腐涂层为氟碳、有机硅或氟硅涂料。
所述绝缘防腐涂层均匀固化在螺旋盘管的外壁上。
本实用新型由于采用在螺旋盘管的外壁上涂有绝缘防腐涂层的结构,绝缘防腐涂层不仅绝缘效果好,而且耐腐蚀、防结垢,因此,本实用新型换热盘管性能优于紫铜管和搪瓷管,应用于空气能热水器中可有效解决内置型换热盘管的绝缘、腐蚀、结垢问题。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型空气能热水器的换热盘管,包括螺旋盘管1,所述螺旋盘管1的外壁上涂有绝缘防腐涂层2。
本实施例中,所述螺旋盘管1由碳钢制成。所述绝缘防腐涂层2为氟碳、有机硅或氟硅涂料。所述绝缘防腐涂层2均匀固化在螺旋盘管1的外壁上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的空气能热水器的换热盘管,其特征在于所述绝缘防腐涂层(2)为氟碳、有机硅或氟硅涂料。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的空气能热水器的换热盘管,其特征在于所述绝缘防腐涂层(2)均匀固化在螺旋盘管(1)的外壁上。
