背景技术
换热管是换热器的元件之一，置于筒体之内，用于两介质之间热量的交换。壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管采用06Cr19Ni10(304)型不锈钢材料制造，普通的自来水含有氯离子，长期使用氯离子会对不锈钢换热管产生点腐蚀，影响产品的使用寿命，尤其是沿海地区的水中氯离子含量高，影响尤其突出。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管，其提高防腐能力，使热水器使用寿命延长。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：一种壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管，其特征在于，所述壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管采用不锈钢管制成，在静电的辐射下置于碱性溶液中浸泡，使不锈钢管的内在的铬离子和镍离子向表面附集，同时增加不锈钢管表面钝化膜。

优选地，所述静电的辐射时间为壁厚*1000分钟。

优选地，所述壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管的原料组成重量份为：98.17～98.75的Fe和1.25～1.83的Si。

具体实施方式
本发明壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管采用不锈钢管制成，在静电的辐射下置于碱性溶液中浸泡(即采取电化方式)，使不锈钢管的内在的铬(Cr)离子和镍(Ni)离子向表面附集，同时增加不锈钢管表面钝化膜，可以使换热管防腐能力提高两个数量级(100倍)，从而使热水器使用寿命大大延长。具体操作情况如下：20V的静电在放射仪器作用下对不锈钢管不间断辐射，时间为壁厚*1000分钟。壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管的外径为19mm，壁厚为2mm。本发明壁挂式阳台太阳能热水器换热管的原料组成重量份为：98.17～98.75的Fe和1.25～1.83的Si。
