本实用新型涉及一种LED灯散热片,属于散热器技术领域。
背景技术
发光二级管等(即LED灯)在外加电场的作用下,其电子与空穴复合发生电致作用而发光,然而,有一部分能量将通过无辐射复合而转化为热量。目前,LED灯的发光效率较低,大部分电能都转化为热能,这部分热能如果不能及时散发出去,将会使芯片的PN结内结温升高,这会导致芯片峰值波长红移,偏离荧光粉的吸收峰,引起功率效率下降,导致荧光粉老化,环氧树脂变黄,加速器件老化等。为解决散热问题,在大功率LED灯上都需要安装有散热片,将大部分热量快速的释放出去,目前的LED灯的散热片结构都是在散热片底板的一侧长有散热翅片,底板占了很大面积,其散热面积小,散热效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种散热面积大,散热效率高的LED灯散热片。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种LED灯散热片,它包括基座,其特点是:基座内部为中空的腔体,腔体内部设置有隔板,隔板将腔体分隔成腔体I和腔体II两个部分,腔体I和腔体II上下两侧设置有若干散热翅片II,基座的上端面外侧设置有散热翅片I。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型一种LED灯散热片,其基座顶端面内外两侧均设置有散热翅片,其散热面积大,散热效率高。

参见图1,本实用新型涉及一种LED灯散热片,它包括基座1,基座1内部为一中空的腔体,腔体内部设置有隔板3,隔板3将腔体分隔成腔体I2和腔体II4两个部分,腔体I2和腔体II4上下两侧设置有若干散热翅片II6,基座1的上端面外侧设置有若干散热翅片I5,LED芯片安装于上端面外侧,LED芯片产生的热量传递到散热翅片I5和散热翅片II6,通过散热翅片I5和散热翅片II6与周围大气的进行对流换热将热量释放到大气中。
