本实用新型公开了一种液态水泥助磨剂生产过程中主体设备反应釜内用于物料搅拌混合的中空式通气搅拌器，其外形为十字形，中心设置中空式主轴，中空式主轴与反应釜顶部的转动供气系统连接，在十字形搅拌体上距中心主轴等距离设置4个～20个上下连通的气孔，气孔直径10mm～30mm，中空式通气搅拌器由不锈钢板材卷制而成，筒体直径40mm～80mm；中空式通气搅拌器较之传统的实心搅拌器，具有搅拌效率高、搅拌时间缩短30％左右、可选择不同气体的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液态水泥助磨剂生产过程中，用于反应釜内直接搅拌液体物料的中空式通气搅拌器，特别指反应釜内为正压状态下的中空式通气搅拌器。
背景技术
液态水泥助磨剂生产过程中，目前国内外采用的主体设备是反应釜，反应釜内设置的搅拌器一般采用实心的搅拌器对物料直接进行机械搅拌，搅拌器作用单一，仅起到搅拌混合作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种中空式通气搅拌器，用于在反应釜内进行液态水泥助磨剂的配置合成；这种中空式通气搅拌器由具有一定壁厚的空心圆管制作而成，外形可以做成十字形、锚形、框形等多种形状，中间设置中空式主轴；工作时，搅拌器上部连接转动供气系统，气体通过空心圆管输入，由下部气孔逸出，反应釜内中空式通气搅拌器始终处于正压工作状态。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题由如下方案实现：中空式通气搅拌器，其特征是：整体外形为十字形，中间中空的主轴与反应釜顶部的转动供气系统连接，在十字形搅拌体上，等距离设置4个～20个气孔，气孔上下连通，孔径10mm～30mm；搅拌器由不锈钢材料制作而成，直径40mm～80mm。
本实用新型的优点是：中空式通气搅拌器较之传统的实心搅拌器，基于机械搅拌和气体搅拌的双重作用，大幅度提高了搅拌效率，缩短了30％左右的搅拌时间；工作时由于反应釜内处于正压状态，对有些需要保护气体的反应过程，可选择如空气、氮气等不同性质的保护气体。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，中空式通气搅拌器，由外形为十字形的搅拌体和中空式主轴构成，高度为990mm，宽为900mm，搅拌体上距中心主轴等距共设置8个上下连通的气孔，气孔孔径15mm，搅拌器由不锈钢板材卷制而成，直径40mm。
