Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电动车充电装置,其是由一电源电路、多个充电单元及一通信接口单元所组成,其中电源电路具有多个输出端,以连接该多个充电单元,该多个充电单元可用以连接单一或多个电池,以对其充电,该电池的信号输出端则连接至该通信接口单元,电池的状态信号经由通信接口单元整合再传送控制信号至各充电单元及电源电路,以调整充电条件,该多个充电单元可供自由串并联组合,以对应各种电动车的电池型态。

技术领域
本实用新型与电动车有关,特别涉及一种电动车充电装置。
背景技术
由于全球暖化的严重后果,以及石油资源的日渐枯竭,低耗能、低污染的电动车势必成为未来交通运输的主流。电动车的动力来自电池,而电池须要经常性的充电以保持电力的充足。美国专利第7,692,404号揭露一种典型的电动车充电器,其使用单一充电单元360以对多个电池301~305充电,难以配合各种电动车的电池配置,现今电动车的电池多为多个的组合,但数量则不尽相同,且采全串联、全并联或串并联混合式,因此单一充电单元难以配合各式各样的电池组合而加以调整,诸如前述的美国专利第7,692,404号,尚必需借助许多开关加以切换以改变充电单元与电池间的连接状态,仍然极为繁琐且不便,且即使以多个开关进行切换,仍然难以对应所有电动车的充电需求,一座充电站可能需要数个充电器才能满足需求,此乃现有电动车充电器的缺陷,实有待加以改善。
再者,传统充电站的充电流程几乎全部仰赖人工作业,不仅耗费大量人力资源,提高了营运成本,且以人工确认的充电条件极易发生错误情形,轻者则充电作业无法顺利进行,重者可能导致车辆电池损坏,亦有改善的必要。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电动车充电装置,其具有多个充电单元可任意调配组合,以对应各种电动车的电池组合,使单一充电装置即能满足各种电动车充电需求,极为经济而有效率。
本实用新型提供的电动车充电装置,由一电源电路、多个充电单元及一通信接口单元所组成,其中电源电路具有多个输出端,以连接该多个充电单元,该多个充电单元可用以连接单一或多个电池,以对其充电,该电池的信号输出端则连接至该通信接口单元,电池的状态信号经由通信接口单元整合再传送控制信号至各充电单元及电源电路,以调整充电条件,该多个充电单元可供自由串并联组合,以对应各种电动车的电池型态。
另外,本实用新型充电装置装载于一机械手臂所连接的充电接头内,并用以与电动车的电池充电座相连,该机械手臂旁设有一摄影机,其可拍摄待充电车辆的画面,并将其传送至一电脑主机,该电脑主机可根据该摄影机所拍摄的画面而自动识别该车辆充电座的位置,再将此位置资料传送至该机械手臂,使其移动至该位置,而令充电接头与充电座完成连接,最后即可以本实用新型的充电装置对待充电车辆的电池进行充电,用以减少充电站的人力耗费,并避免因人工操作发生错误,进而提升充电效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
首先,请参阅图1,其为本实用新型的系统方块图,本实用新型的充电装置由一电源电路1、多个充电单元2a-2n及一通信接口单元4所组成,其中电源电路1将外部电源转换为充电单元2a-2n所需的电源型式,例如将交流市电转换为低压直流电,该电源电路1具有多个输出端,分别连接该多个充电单元2a-2n,以个别提供各充电单元2a-2n所需的电源,亦即各充电单元2a-2n皆拥有独立的电源供应,不受其他充电单元2a-2n的干扰或影响。
该多个充电单元2a-2n可用以连接单一或多个电池3a-3n,以对其充电,图中所示者为并联型态的电池3a-3n,故每一电池3a-3n分别连接一充电单元2a-2n,事实上,由于充电单元2a-2n为多个且有独立的电源供应,故该多个充电单元2a-2n可自由构成全串联、全并联或串并联混合式,可对应各种电动车的全串联、全并联或串并联电池,即充电单元2a-2n可与电池3a-3n形成完全匹配,使各种充电需求均可被充分满足。
该电池3a-3n具有状态信号输出端,可将各电池3a-3n的电压及电量资料传送出来,其状态信号输出端连接至该通信接口单元4,电池3a-3n的状态信号经由通信接口单元4整合再传送控制信号至各充电单元2a-2n及电源电路1,以调整对电池3a-3n的充电条件,即以回授方式进行充电,以避免过度充电而造成电池损坏。
请参阅图2,其是本实用新型的充电装置与其他周边设备所组成的自动化充电站系统图,前述的充电装置5装载于一机械手臂6所连接的充电接头61内,并用以与电动车的电池充电座相连,该机械手臂6旁设有一摄影机8及一电脑主机7,通过摄影机8拍摄待充电车辆的画面,并将其传送至电脑主机7,该电脑主机7根据摄影机8所拍摄的画面而自动识别该车辆的充电座位置,再将此位置资料传送至该机械手臂6,使其移动至该位置,而令充电接头61与充电座完成连接,最后即可以本实用新型的充电装置对待充电车辆的电池进行高效率的充电。

Claims (3)
1.一种电动车充电装置,其特征在于,包括:
一电源电路,具有多个输出端,输出多组电源电力;
多个充电单元,分别连接于该电源电路的多个输出端,并分别输出充电电力至待充电电池;
一通信接口单元,接受来自待充电电池的状态信号,加以整合后再传送至所述电源电路及所述多个充电单元,调整充电电力。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动车充电装置,其特征在于,所述充电单元串联、并联或串并联连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电动车充电装置,其特征在于,所述电动车充电装置装载于一机械手臂所连接的充电接头内,并与电动车的电池充电座相连。
