Abstract
一种多功能清雪装置，是由底盘和抛雪机、集雪器、发动机连接，支撑系统和传动系统、收雪器、障碍复位器、振动底板、铲刃连接。该装置不仅能对压实积雪或路面附着的冰层，铲刃作往复直线运动，滚刷位于前后驱动轮之间，遇到障碍物时，铲刃自动越障，清除的冰雪经集雪器，再由抛雪机向路边或直接装车，而且还能用滚刷再次清雪，然后路面剩余的浮雪可以用高压吹雪系统吹到路边。

本实用新型涉及一种清雪设备，尤其是多功能清雪装置。
背景技术
目前，公知的清雪设备功能单一，对路面清理不彻底干净，大部分采用融雪剂撒到路面上，对路面和轮胎均有腐蚀作用，对环境也有严重影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有的清雪设备单一，对路面清理不彻底干净，大部分采用融雪剂撒到路面上，对路面和轮胎均有腐蚀作用，对环境也有严重影响的不足，本实用新型提供一种多功能清雪装置，该装置不仅能对压实积雪或路面附着的冰层，铲刃作往复直线运动，遇到障碍物时，铲刃自动越障，清除的冰雪经集雪器，再由抛雪机向路边或直接装车，而且还能用滚刷再次清雪，然后路面剩余的浮雪可以用高压吹雪系统吹到路边。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：底盘和抛雪机、集雪器、发动机连接，支撑系统和传动系统、收雪器、障碍复位器、振动底板、铲刃连接。在图1中铲刃安装在振动底板上，振动底板安装在支撑系统上，动力系统的动力通过传动系统传递给振动底板，当有来自动力系统的动力时，振动底板可以沿着支撑系统的右上斜平面做往复直线运动，遇到压实积或路附着的冰层时，铲刃作往复直线运动，也就是往复式振动除冰可以将冰雪快速的从地面清除。清除的冰雪经收雪器在经过输送系统被传送到集雪器中，集雪器的雪由抛雪机向路边抛出或直接装车。遇到障碍物时，铲刃自动越障，越障后，在带有弹簧的越障复位器的作用下，自动复位。抛雪机可以垂直方向伸缩，抛雪高度可调。抛雪方向和角度可调。滚刷位于前后驱动轮之间，可以将路面剩余的积雪清除到路边。滚刷安装在滚刷支撑架上，滚刷支撑架安装在底盘上，滚刷距离地面的高度可调，路面剩余的浮雪可以用高压吹雪系统吹到路边。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以由铲刃作往复直线运动清雪，遇到障碍物时铲刃自动越障，并装有滚刷，高压吹雪功能，结构简单。
