本实用新型涉及一种便携式采样冷藏培养箱,其结构包括箱体和箱盖,在所述箱体中装有保温内胆,在所述保温内胆中设有电热片,所述电热片与温控装置电连接,所改进之处是在所述箱体上设有制冷机构,设在所述制冷机构中的半导体制冷片贴附在所述保温内胆的内壁上,所述温控装置中的电源与所述制冷机构电连接。本实用新型既可用于细菌的加热培养,也可用于对采样标本、对培养的细菌进行低温保藏,携带方便,保温节电,特别适于部队在极端高、低温的野战条件下使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种产生或分离微生物或酶的装置,具体地说是一种便携式采样冷藏培养箱。
背景技术
现有便携式细菌培养箱包括有箱体和箱盖,在箱体中装有保温内胆,在保温内胆中设有电热片,电热片与温控装置电连接,以实现对采样标本进行加热、对细菌进行培养的目的。这种培养箱功能单一,只具有细菌培养的功用,所以,对采样标本和所培养的细菌等还需要使用专门的保藏设备进行低温保藏和运输携带。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种便携式采样冷藏培养箱,以解决现有细菌培养箱功能单一和使用局限的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种便携式采样冷藏培养箱,包括箱体和箱盖,在所述箱体中装有保温内胆,在所述保温内胆中设有电热片,所述电热片与温控装置电连接,所改进之处是在所述箱体上设有制冷机构,设在所述制冷机构中的半导体制冷片贴附在所述保温内胆的内壁上,所述温控装置中的电源与所述制冷机构电连接。
本实用新型是在原有便携式细菌培养箱的基础上,通过附设制冷机构而相应增加了对培养箱内部的制冷功能,并且由于培养箱中原有保温内胆的存在,使得对采样标本和对培养细菌的低温保藏功能得以实现。
所述电热片为红外电热膜,贴附在所述保温内胆的顶面和/或底面。
在所述箱体上装有太阳能充电装置。
本实用新型既可用于细菌的加热培养,也可用于对采样标本、对培养的细菌进行低温保藏,携带方便,保温节电,特别适于部队在极端高、低温的野战条件下使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型可使用现有便携式细菌培养箱的主体结构,包括ABS工程塑料制成的箱体2和箱盖6,在箱体2中衬装有保温内胆1,在保温内胆1中设有电热片5,电热片与温控装置7电连接。电热片5最好使用红外电热膜,并贴附在保温内胆1的顶面和/或底面。
在箱体2的后壁上安装有制冷机构,该制冷机构包括半导体制冷片4和风扇3。半导体制冷片4贴附在保温内胆1的内壁上。制冷机构与温控装置7中的电源电连接。电源可采用锂电池,其重量轻,带电时间长,使用方便。
在箱体2上还装有一套太阳能充电装置,温控装置7中的锂电池可与太阳能充电装置电连接,以实现使用太阳能充电装置对锂电池进行充电的目的,由此提高本采样冷藏培养箱在野外的使用时间。

Claims (3)

1.一种便携式采样冷藏培养箱,包括箱体(2)和箱盖(6),在所述箱体(2)中装有保温内胆(1),在所述保温内胆(1)中设有电热片(5),所述电热片与温控装置(7)电连接,其特征是,在所述箱体(2)上设有制冷机构,设在所述制冷机构中的半导体制冷片(4)贴附在所述保温内胆(1)的内壁上,所述温控装置(7)中的电源与所述制冷机构电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式采样冷藏培养箱,其特征是,所述电热片(5)为红外电热膜,贴附在所述保温内胆(1)的顶面和/或底面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式采样冷藏培养箱,其特征是,在所述箱体(2)上装有太阳能充电装置。
