Abstract

本发明提供一种便携式太阳能贮藏箱,包括贮藏腔;所述贮藏腔由侧壁、顶板、底盖围成;所述侧壁包括两块相互正交的真空玻璃板,以及两块相互正交的保温壁,所述保温壁包括保温内板以及贴设在保温内板外侧的光伏板;所述顶板由半导体制冷片构成,所述制冷片的冷面朝向所述贮藏腔内;所述光伏板通过稳压模块后连接至所述半导体制冷片;所述底盖由保温材质构成,可对所述贮藏腔开启或关闭。该贮藏箱以太阳能为能源,可以在户外实现制冷、制热两种功能。

便携式太阳能贮藏箱
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能设备领域,特别地,是涉及一种太阳能贮藏箱。
背景技术
目前,对于各种灌装饮料,经常需要对其进行加热或冷冻,以使其适应季节,为消费者提供适宜的口感。为此,需要采用冷暖箱来进行处理,但是目前的暖箱一般通过电力加热,而冷箱则由压缩机式冰箱或者半导体制冷片式便携式冰箱构成,对于该两种设备,都需要采用电力运行,在户外几乎无法使用,且难以将两种功能二合为一,以适应冷暖两种季节。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种便携式太阳能贮藏箱,该贮藏箱以太阳能为能源,可以在户外实现制冷、制热两种功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该便携式太阳能贮藏箱包括贮藏腔;所述贮藏腔由侧壁、顶板、底盖围成;所述侧壁包括两块相互正交的真空玻璃板,以及两块相互正交的保温壁,所述保温壁包括保温内板以及贴设在保温内板外侧的光伏板;所述顶板由半导体制冷片构成,所述制冷片的冷面朝向所述贮藏腔内;所述光伏板通过稳压模块后连接至所述半导体制冷片;所述底盖由保温材质构成,可对所述贮藏腔开启或关闭。
作为优选,所述底盖的侧面由橡胶层构成,与所述贮藏腔的端部相匹配,可在贮藏腔的端部进行插拔。
作为优选,所述底盖上设有水银温度计,所述水银温度计的水银球设置于底盖的内侧面,所述水银温度计的刻度管设置于底盖的外表面。
本发明的有益效果在于:该便携式太阳能贮藏箱在使用时横向放置,并且,在制冷时,使其中的一个具有光伏板的侧壁朝上,另一个具有光伏板的侧壁朝向太阳侧,此时一个具有真空玻璃板的侧壁贴地,另一个具有真空玻璃板的侧壁则背向太阳;从而使两个具有光伏板的侧壁连续发电,供所述半导体制冷片制冷,而两个具有真空玻璃板的侧壁则由于几乎无光照,故而无集热作用,仅用于保温;在制热时,将该贮藏箱相对于制冷状态翻转180°,使一块真空玻璃板向上,另一块真空玻璃板向阳,此时,真空玻璃板有效集热,而光伏板几乎不工作,故而可以给贮藏腔内有效制热,由此可见,该贮藏箱可以在户外实现制冷、制热两种功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1、图2所示实施例中,该便携式太阳能贮藏箱包括贮藏腔10;所述贮藏腔10由侧壁、顶板、底盖14围成;所述侧壁包括两块相互正交的真空玻璃板11,以及两块相互正交的保温壁。
所述真空玻璃板11包括双层玻璃,该双层玻璃之间形成真空腔,且内层玻璃表面镀制有增透膜及红外反射膜。所述保温壁包括保温内板121以及贴设在保温内板121外侧的光伏板122。所述顶板由半导体制冷片13构成,所述制冷片的冷面朝向所述贮藏腔10内;所述光伏板122通过稳压模块后连接至所述半导体制冷片13。
所述底盖14由保温材质构成,其侧面由橡胶层构成,与所述贮藏腔10的端部相匹配,可直接通过插拔方式实现对贮藏腔的开启或关闭。
本实施例中,所述底盖14上还设有水银温度计,所述水银温度计的水银球21设置于底盖14的内侧面,所述水银温度计的刻度管22设置于底盖14的外表面。
上述便携式太阳能贮藏箱在使用时横向放置,并且,在制冷时,使其中的一个具有光伏板122的侧壁朝上,另一个具有光伏板的侧壁朝向太阳侧,此时一个具有真空玻璃板11的侧壁贴地,另一个具有真空玻璃板的侧壁则背向太阳;从而使两个具有光伏板122的侧壁连续发电,供所述半导体制冷片13制冷,而两个具有真空玻璃板11的侧壁则由于几乎无光照,故而无集热作用,仅用于保温;在制热时,将该贮藏箱相对于制冷状态翻转180°,使一块真空玻璃板11向上,另一块真空玻璃板向阳,此时,真空玻璃板11有效集热,而光伏板几乎不工作,故而可以给贮藏腔内有效制热,由此可见,该贮藏箱可以在户外实现制冷、制热两种功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种便携式太阳能贮藏箱,包括贮藏腔(10);所述贮藏腔(10)由侧壁、顶板、底盖(14)围成;其特征在于:所述侧壁包括两块相互正交的真空玻璃板(11),以及两块相互正交的保温壁,所述保温壁包括保温内板(121)以及贴设在保温内板外侧的光伏板(122);所述顶板由半导体制冷片(13)构成,所述制冷片的冷面朝向所述贮藏腔内;所述光伏板(122)通过稳压模块后连接至所述半导体制冷片(13);所述底盖(14)由保温材质构成,可对所述贮藏腔(10)开启或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能贮藏箱,其特征在于:所述底盖(14)的侧面由橡胶层构成,与所述贮藏腔(10)的端部相匹配,可在贮藏腔(10)的端部进行插拔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式太阳能贮藏箱,其特征在于:所述底盖(14)上设有水银温度计,所述水银温度计的水银球(21)设置于底盖的内侧面,所述水银温度计的刻度管(22)设置于底盖的外表面。
