Abstract

本发明提供一种方便在临床一线使用的便携式细菌培养箱,包括泡沫保温箱体和箱盖,泡沫保温箱体内放置电热带,电热带和温控开关电性连接,温控开关与电源连接,温控开关通过其具有的温度敏感元件探测箱体内温度并控制电热带电流的通断以使得箱体内温度维持在35-42℃范围内,箱体的长×宽×高=(40~50)cm×(20~30)cm×(20~30)cm。通过电热带提供热量,通过温控开关控制温度在一定范围内,用以维持细菌培养所需温度,通过泡沫保温箱体和箱盖保温。本发明具有重量轻、体积小、便于携带,适用于在临床一线使用,为畜禽疾病的快速诊治提供保障。

Description

一种便携式细菌培养箱
技术领域    
本发明属于微生物学及药理学中的细菌分离与培养及药敏检测技术领域,涉及一种细菌培养箱,具体涉及一种便携式细菌培养箱。
背景技术   
在一般情况下,细菌分离培养需要培养基及相应的培养温度。常规培养箱体积大、重量大,适用于在实验室放置,不易搬运或携带。而现实条件下,畜禽养殖场或兽医实地操作、流行病学调查均需在临床现场进行,兽医临床所处环境无化验室或离化验室较远,无法提供现场细菌分离与药敏检测所需细菌培养温度环境,造成不能及时地进行细菌分离培养,耽误畜禽疾病的诊治。
发明内容   
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便在临床一线使用的便携式细菌培养箱。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种便携式细菌培养箱,包括泡沫保温箱体和箱盖,泡沫保温箱体内放置电热带,电热带和温控开关电性连接,温控开关与电源连接,温控开关通过其具有的温度敏感元件探测箱体内温度并控制电热带电流的通断以使得箱体内温度维持在35-42℃范围内,箱体的长×宽×高=(40~50)cm×(20~30)cm×(20~30)cm。
上述便携式细菌培养箱,所述电热带的热功率为30~40W。
上述便携式细菌培养箱,所述电热带沿泡沫保温箱体内壁环绕延伸设置。
通过电热带提供热量,通过温控开关控制温度在一定范围内,用以维持细菌培养所需温度,通过泡沫保温箱体和箱盖保温。本发明具有重量轻、体积小、便于携带,适用于在临床一线使用,为畜禽疾病的快速诊治提供保障。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种便携式细菌培养箱,包括泡沫保温箱体1和箱盖(未图示),泡沫保温箱体内放置电热带2,电热带和温控开关4电性连接,温控开关与电源连接,温控开关通过其具有的温度敏感元件探测箱体内温度并控制电热带电流的通断以使得箱体内温度维持在35-42℃范围内,箱体的长*宽*高=50cm*30cm*30cm。
具体地,所述电热带的热功率为30-40W。
具体地,所述电热带沿泡沫保温箱体内壁环绕延伸设置,细菌培养基3位于电热带的环绕中。
本发明总体质量低于300克,体积小于50cm×30cm×30cm,携带方便,解决了常规培养箱体积大、重量大,不易搬运或携带问题。另外,还解决了畜禽养殖场或兽医实地操作时所处环境无化验室或离化验室较远,无法提供现场细菌分离与药敏检测所需细菌培养温度环境的问题。本发明耗能很小,比常规培养箱节省80%的电力。

1.一种便携式细菌培养箱,其特征在于:包括泡沫保温箱体和箱盖,泡沫保温箱体内放置电热带,电热带和温控开关电性连接,温控开关与电源连接,温控开关通过其具有的温度敏感元件探测箱体内温度并控制电热带电流的通断以使得箱体内温度维持在35-42℃范围内,箱体的长×宽×高=(40~50)cm×(20~30)cm×(20~30)cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式细菌培养箱,其特征在于:所述电热带的热功率为30~40W。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式细菌培养箱,其特征在于:所述电热带沿泡沫保温箱体内壁环绕延伸设置。
