Description

红外加热暖奶器 技术领域
本发明属于智能小家电领域,尤其涉及一种奶瓶加热器。
背景技术
寒冷的冬天或者宝宝胃口不好时,长时间喂奶会使奶瓶里的奶变凉,使用市场上现有的暖奶器进行加热,存在以下几个缺点:水暖式暖奶器,使用加热丝加热水,通过热水暖奶:容器内如不能及时更换水、清洗容器,容易滋生细菌;且从暖奶器取出奶瓶时奶瓶水漉漉的,使用不方便。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种红外加热暖奶器,奶瓶所处环境清洁,无污染,并且奶瓶并不直接接触热源,因而使用方便,同时还能进行恒温控制。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种红外加热暖奶器,包括温度检测及加热控制电路、加热丝、温度传感器、内胆、反光罩、外壳;从外到内的顺序依次是外壳、反光罩、置于反光罩上的加热丝、内胆;温度检测及加热控制电路置于外壳与反光罩之间的夹层内;温度传感器与温度检测及加热控制电路相连,用于检测温度,便于恒温控制;温度检测及加热控制电路与加热丝相连,用于控制加热丝的工作。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外壳为塑料外壳,起到保温的作用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述温度检测及加热控制电路包裹于隔热材料内,以减少加热丝对其使用寿命的影响。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述反光罩为筒形反光罩,其材料为不锈钢或者塑料镀铬,用于反射热能及保温。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内胆为玻璃内胆,一体成型,用于导通热能及隔绝环境,保持内部卫生,并便于清洗。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述红外加热暖奶器还包括供电电路。
作为本发明的进一步改进,电源采用高储能的锂电池或者市电。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述红外加热暖奶器的充电端口为标 准USB接口,使用现有的手机充电器进行充电。
作为本发明的进一步改进,电源采用市电。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的红外加热暖奶器成本低,节能环保,便于清洗、奶瓶所处环境清洁,无污染。奶瓶并不直接接触热源,因而使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如附图1所示,本发明的红外加热暖奶器包括温度检测及加热控制电路1、加热丝2、温度传感器3、玻璃内胆4、反光罩5、塑料外壳6。从外到内的顺序依次是塑料外壳6、反光罩5、置于反光罩上的加热丝2、玻璃内胆4。温度检测及加热控制电路1置于外壳6与反光罩5之间的夹层内,可以位于红外加热暖奶器的筒体,也可以位于红外加热暖奶器的底部,温度检测及加热控制电路1包裹于隔热材料内,以减少加热丝2对其使用寿命的影响(温度传感器必须放在隔热材料的外面)。温度传感器3与温度检测及加热控制电路1相连,用于检测温度,便于恒温控制。温度检测及加热控制电路1与加热丝2相连,用于控制加热丝的工作。塑料外壳起到保温的作用。筒形反光罩,其材质可用不锈钢或者塑料镀铬做成,用于反射热能及保温。加热丝,用于产生热能。玻璃内胆,一体成型,可导通热能(红外光)及隔绝环境,保持内部卫生,并便于清洗。
本发明的红外加热暖奶器还包括供电电路。电源可以采用高储能的锂电池,也可以采用市电供电。当电源采用高能锂电池时,其充电端口为标准USB接口,使用现有的手机充电器进行充电。
附图3是本发明的温度检测及加热控制电路的电路图,温度检测及加热控制电路由电源电路、温度检测电路(包括了温度传感器)、MCU和加热控制电路。电源电路为温度检测电路、MCU和加热控制电路提供电压VDD;MCU接收温度检测电路的信号(Temp信号) 并产生控制信号(PTC Ctrl信号)以控制加热控制电路的工作。
本发明的红外加热暖奶器成本低,节能环保,便于清洗、奶瓶所处环境清洁,无污染。奶瓶并不直接接触热源,因而使用方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述红外加热暖奶器包括温度检测及加热控制电路、加热丝、温度传感器、内胆、反光罩、外壳;从外到内的顺序依次是外壳、反光罩、置于反光罩上的加热丝、内胆;温度检测及加热控制电路置于外壳与反光罩之间的夹层内;温度传感器与温度检测及加热控制电路相连,用于检测温度,便于恒温控制;温度检测及加热控制电路与加热丝相连,用于控制加热丝的工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述外壳为塑料外壳,起到保温的作用。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述温度检测及加热控制电路包裹于隔热材料内,以减少加热丝对其使用寿命的影响。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述反光罩为筒形反光罩,其材料为不锈钢或者塑料镀铬,用于反射热能及保温。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述内胆为玻璃内胆,一体成型,用于导通热能及隔绝环境,保持内部卫生,并便于清洗。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述红外加热暖奶器还包括供电电路。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:供电电源采用高储能的锂电池。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的红外加热暖奶器,其特征在于:所述红外加热暖奶器的充电端口为标准USB接口,使用现有的手机充电器进行充电。
