Description

便携式奶瓶加热器 技术领域
本发明属于智能小家电领域,尤其涉及一种奶瓶加热器。
背景技术
寒冷的冬天或者宝宝胃口不好时,长时间喂奶会使奶瓶里的奶变凉,使用市场上现有的暖奶器进行加热,存在以下几个缺点:
a)水暖式暖奶器,使用加热丝加热水,通过热水暖奶:容器内如不能及时更换水、清洗容器,容易滋生细菌;且从暖奶器取出奶瓶时奶瓶水漉漉的,使用不方便;
b)红外式暖奶器,使用红外线直接加热奶瓶:加热速度慢,且价格昂贵(市场价500元以上);
c)以上2种加热器都需要将奶嘴(奶瓶)从宝宝嘴中取出,宝宝吃奶时,如果中途停掉,往往会造成再放进去奶嘴,宝宝也不会再吃的现象。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种便携式奶瓶加热器,包裹在奶瓶瓶体上,整个吃奶过程,无需将奶嘴从宝宝口中取出,防止宝宝厌奶,同时还能进行恒温控制。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种便携式奶瓶加热器,包括加热器本体、电池、恒温控制模块、电热丝以及固定装置;其中,固定装置位于所述加热器本体的两端,使得所述加热器在使用时能够首尾相接固定成一个筒形;所述电池、恒温控制模块、电热丝置于加热器本体内,所述恒温控制模块设有温度传感器,用于检测奶瓶温度,进行恒温控制。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电池为高储能的锂电池。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热器的充电端口为标准USB接口,使用现有的手机充电器进行充电。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加热器本体的材料为保温材料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定装置为魔术贴。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器,包裹在奶瓶瓶体上,整个吃奶过程,无需将奶嘴从宝宝口中取出,防止宝宝厌奶,同时还能进行恒温控制。本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器,通过标准的USB接口用现有的手机充电器等充电设备进行充电,无需另外配备充电器,充电后可循环利用,节省能源。本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器成本低,实现方式简单,便于推广,具有很好的应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器是一款长宽与如附图1所示的市面上现有的奶瓶大小尺寸相近的、可折叠的加热毯,附图2是包裹上本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器1后的奶瓶2,加热毯两端首尾固定成一个筒形,套在奶瓶的外面;附图3是本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器展开后的样子。由此可见,本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器使用时不会增加使用者的负担,携带也很方便。
如附图4所示,本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器,包括加热器本体、 电池、恒温控制模块3、电热丝4以及固定装置5;其中,固定装置5位于加热器本体的两端,使得所述加热器在使用时能够首尾相接固定成一个筒形,所述电池、恒温控制模块3、电热丝4位于加热器本体内,所述恒温控制模块设有温度传感器,以便检测温度,进行恒温控制;所述电池为高储能的锂电池(或者其它电池);所述电池可以通过标准的USB接口用现有的手机充电器等充电设备进行充电,无需另外配备充电器,充电后可循环利用,节省能源。
宝宝吃奶时可以一直套在奶瓶上,温度降低后自动加热,温度升高至一定值时自动断电,无需人为控制,吃完后取下;整个吃奶过程,无需将奶嘴从宝宝口中取出,防止宝宝厌奶。
附图5是本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器的主控IC电路图,附图6是电源及充电检测电路图,附图7是加热控制及高温、过流保护电路图,附图8是温度检测电路图,附图9是电池电压检测电路图,附图10是指示灯工作状态及电池电压指示电路图,附图11是开关按键电路图。
充电检测电路的输出(Charge Check)、高温、过流保护电路的输出(OC Check)、温度检测电路的输出(Temp)以及电池电压检测电路的输出(Vol Check)连接到主控IC电路对应的输入端。主控IC输出加热控制信号(PTC Ctrl)、工作状态指示信号(LED-G)以及电池电压指示信号(LED-R)到对应的电路。开关按键电路输出开关信号(On/Off)以控制主控IC。
本发明的便携式奶瓶加热器成本低,实现方式简单,便于推广,具有很好的应用价值。

  1. 一种便携式奶瓶加热器,其特征在于:所述加热器包括加热器本体、电池、恒温控制模块、电热丝以及固定装置;其中,固定装置位于所述加热器本体的两端,使得所述加热器在使用时能够首尾相接固定成一个筒形;所述电池、恒温控制模块、电热丝置于加热器本体内,所述恒温控制模块设有温度传感器,用于检测奶瓶温度,进行恒温控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式奶瓶加热器,其特征在于:所述电池为高储能的锂电池。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式奶瓶加热器,其特征在于:所述加热器的充电端口为标准USB接口,使用现有的手机充电器进行充电。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式奶瓶加热器,其特征在于:所述加热器本体的材料为保温材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式奶瓶加热器,其特征在于:所述固定装置为魔术贴。
