背景技术:现有用嵌线机在加工槽口较小且叠厚较大定子时,由于嵌线动导指伸出较长且线圈在导指上排列长度较长,在定子嵌线过程中能产生较大的侧向分力,导指在其作用下产生弯曲变形,并与定子铁芯产生严重摩擦,易出定子铁芯拉长、齿部变形和漆包线损伤现象,降低了导指的使用寿命,影响了电机产品的质量和合格率,。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种在加工槽口较小且叠厚较大定子时的嵌线动导指支撑装置。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种嵌线动导指支撑装置,其其特征是:在定子支座上左右对称设置支撑轴,在支撑轴上靠近定子支座一端设隔垫,在支撑轴另一端设锁紧套,并由螺钉将锁紧套紧固在支撑轴在上;隔垫、锁紧套之间设有导指保持架;在动导指保持架的内孔设有若干个均布槽口,在槽口内安装导向条,由螺钉将其紧固导指保持架上;导向条位于导指前端并与导指导向滑槽配合,动导指保持架上设动导指并可以沿导向条轴向滑动。
由于采用上述技术方案,提高了嵌线动导指的刚性,降低了动导指在嵌线过程中因侧向分力作用下产生的弯曲变形,使导指使用寿命和嵌线质量得到大幅度提高。

工作原理:嵌线时动导指向前移动,逐渐与动导指保持架的导向条接合,动导指保持架的导向条对动导指产生有效支撑,提高了嵌线动导指的刚性,降低了动导指在嵌线过程中因侧向分力作用下产生的弯曲变形,使导指使用寿命和嵌线质量得到大幅度提高。

1.一种嵌线动导指支撑装置,其特征是:在定子支座(8)上左右对称设置支撑轴(1),在支撑轴(1)上靠近定子支座一端设隔垫(6),在支撑轴(1)另一端设锁紧套(3),并由螺钉(2)将锁紧套(3)紧固在支撑轴(1)在上;在隔垫(6)、锁紧套(3)之间设有动导指保持架(5);在动导指保持架(5)的内孔设有若干个均布槽口,在槽口内安装导向条(7),由螺钉(9)将其紧固导指保持架(5)上;导向条(7)位于导指前端并与导指导向滑槽配合,动导指保持架(5)上设动导指(10)并可以沿导向条(7)轴向滑动。
