本实用新型公开了一种磷扩散用匀流板,所述匀流板的材质为石英板,石英板上均匀分布有匀流气孔;所述匀流气孔的直径3-5mm;所述石英板的厚度为300um-500um。本实用新型的匀流板由于分布有多个匀流气孔,在使用时,将匀流板至于扩散用石英舟的炉口及炉尾,在进行磷扩散时,掺杂源的气流会匀流气孔中均匀的流入待扩散的硅片中,达到气氛在硅片与硅片之间的均匀分布,从而提高方块电阻的均匀性。

技术领域
本发明属于晶体硅太阳电池的制造领域,更具体涉及一种磷扩散用匀流板。
技术背景
随着常规能源的逐步枯竭和对能源需求的的日益剧增,人类面临的越来越严重的能源危机,而发展太阳能电池是解决上述问题的途经之一。目前晶体硅太阳电池作为主要的光伏材料占市场份额的80-90%,现有的制造晶体硅太阳电池的制造流程为:表面清洗及织构化、扩散制结、清洗刻蚀去边、镀减反射膜、丝网印刷、烧结形成欧姆接触、测试。这种商业化的晶体硅电池制造技术相对简单、成本较低,适合工业化、自动化生产,因而得到了广泛应用。其中,扩散制结工艺作为晶体硅太阳电池的核心技术,目的是形成与基体导电类型相反的发射区,从而形成PN结。
众所周知,方块电阻的均匀性是扩散制结追求的首要目标,方块电阻均匀性的好坏严重影响着太阳电池效率的高低。而在进行磷扩散时,扩散炉口及炉尾处方块电阻的均匀性不容易控制,因为炉口和炉尾是进气和出气所处位置,与炉内气氛相比差异较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在克服以上现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能提高扩散炉气氛均匀性,提高方块电阻均匀性的磷扩散用匀流板。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种磷扩散用匀流板,所述匀流板的材质为石英板,石英板上均匀分布有匀流气孔;所述匀流气孔的直径3-5mm;所述匀流板的厚度为300um-500um。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:本实用新型的匀流板由于分布有多个匀流气孔,在使用时,将匀流板至于扩散用石英舟的炉口及炉尾,在进行磷扩散时,掺杂源的气流会匀流气孔中均匀的流入待扩散的硅片中,达到气氛在硅片与硅片之间的均匀分布,从而提高方块电阻的均匀性。
