随着科技的高速发展，现有的周转箱很多都适用于全自动化或半自动化作业过程，这样周转箱的底部就需要长期与自动化输送设备配合，由于现有的周转箱底部都是单层结构，强度相对较弱，因此长期与输送设备摩擦易损坏，从而缩短了周转箱的整体使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是：提供一种加强型物流周转箱，其箱体的底部采用双层加强结构，提高了周转箱底部的强度，延长了周转箱的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种加强型物流周转箱，包括上开口的箱体，所述箱体底板包括上底板和下底板，所述上底板和下底板之间连接有加强筋。
进一步的，所述加强筋包括上加强筋和下加强筋两部分，所述上加强筋、上底板是与箱体侧壁一体成型的，所述下加强筋与下底板是一体成型的，所述下底板和上底板通过下加强筋与上加强筋焊接而实现两者之间连接固定。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型在箱体的底部采用双层加强结构，提高了周转箱底部的强度，延长了周转箱的使用寿命。

所述加强筋5包括上加强筋6和下加强筋7两部分，所述上加强筋6、上底板3是与箱体1侧壁一体成型的，所述下加强筋7与下底板4是一体成型的，所述下底板4和上底板3通过下加强筋7与上加强筋6焊接而实现两者之间连接固定。
本实用新型在箱体1的底部采用双层加强结构，提高了周转箱底部的强度，延长了周转箱的使用寿命。
