Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种轮毂旋压模具下模装置，此下模结构采用一体式旋压模具下模，取消了现有技术中仅有连接作用的下模底板（2），能够有效的提高模具安装精度，提高轮毂轮辋部位厚度均匀性，延长模具使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生产汽车轮毂的旋压模具。
背景技术
锻造轮毂是经过锻造、旋压等工步完成。现有技术的轮毂旋压模具下模结构如图1所示。采用图1方式的下模结构在使用过程中，模具部件拆装极为不便，而且模具装配精度降低，在使用过程中由于下模底板2内部应力的释放，从而造成下模底板2变形。直接影响下模1与下模底板2的配合，从而造成轮毂轮辋部位厚度不均的缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种安装精度高、延长使用寿命的轮毂旋压模具下模结构。
本实用新型的技术方案为：旋压模具下模设置为一体式，取消起连接作用的下模底板2。
本实用新型的优点在于：提高模具安装精度，提高轮毂轮辋部位厚度均匀性，延长模具使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型旋压模具取消了现有技术模具中仅有连接作用的下模底板（2），简化旋压模具的下模结构，设计成一体式下模结构（3）。一体式旋压模具下模结构不限于附图和具体实施方式描述的方案，其他一体式旋压模具下模结构均落入本实用新型保护的范围。
