背景技术
传统的排渣闸阀结构设计简单，阀体的沉积室通往出口的流道往往没有过渡段或采用直线过渡，不符合流体运动规律。阀门开启时，高压介质对流道的直接冲击力较大，磨损极为严重，阀体寿命大大降低。
发明内容
针对现有的排渣闸阀的缺点，本实用新型提供一种新型的排渣闸阀。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采取的措施：
一种排渣闸阀，包括阀体，阀体内部设有闸门和阀杆，在阀体的进口和出口之间且靠近闸门下方设有U形槽，U形槽与出口之间采用弧形流道。
进出口流道以及弧形流道表面均设有耐磨涂层。
本实用新型的有益效果：流道结构合理，耐磨性好，使用寿命长，利于推广应用。

具体实施方式
一种排渣闸阀，包括阀体1，阀体1内部设有闸门2和阀杆3，在阀体1的进口4和出口5之间且靠近闸门2下方设有U形槽6，U形槽6与出口5之间采用弧形流道，有效降低了高压介质对流道的冲击，流道磨损得以改善。进出口流道以及弧形流道表面均设有耐磨涂层，大大提高流道的耐磨性。本实用新型的有益效果：流道结构合理，耐磨性好，使用寿命长，利于推广应用。
