现有Y型截止阀、Y型截止止回阀及Y型升降式止回阀相对于直通式截止阀、截止止回阀及升降式止回阀的流阻系数已显著降低,但阀瓣与阀体的通道在阀座孔部位存在突变的内腔,使得流体在高速运动中发生涡流,产生能量损耗。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,流阻低的节能低流阻的Y型截止阀。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
一种节能低流阻的Y型截止阀,包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、阀杆导向装置、阀瓣定位销、阀盖上密封,其特征是:阀瓣的端面呈凹弧形,且在阀瓣全开状态时,阀瓣的端面凹弧呈与阀瓣端面所处的流道吻合为整体弧的形式。
阀杆导向装置为阀杆导向键。 
本实用新型结构合理,阀瓣与阀体配合,全开时,阀瓣的入口与阀座孔形成吻合流畅曲面,阀瓣的出口与阀体的通孔也形成吻合流畅的通道,阀瓣的运动方向及位置由阀体、阀杆、阀瓣、上密封座及阀瓣与阀杆的导向等零件的组合,保证了阀瓣开启时的正确位置,确保了阀体与阀瓣吻合流线的形成,达到节能降耗的效果。

具体实施方式
一种节能低流阻的Y型截止阀,包括阀体1、阀瓣2、阀瓣定位销3、阀杆4、阀杆导向装置5、阀盖上密封6、阀杆螺母7、齿轮头手轮8、支架9等,阀瓣的端面呈凹弧形,且在阀瓣全开状态时,阀瓣的端面凹弧呈与阀瓣端面所处的流道吻合为整体弧的形式。 
阀杆导向装置为阀杆导向键。 
操作齿轮头手轮8,带动阀杆螺母7旋转,通过键5的定向作用使阀杆4产生直线定向运动,阀瓣定位销3将阀瓣2与阀杆4定位,因支架9与阀体1是固定连接,因此阀瓣2在阀体1内的运动也是定向直线运动。保证了特型阀瓣的正确工作状态。 
A-A视图都可看出阀瓣的表面与阀体表面吻合流畅,导流的曲面可减少涡流,节能效果明显。
