本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该护栏清洗装置包括垂直拉伸液压缸、动臂一、水平拉伸液压缸和动臂二，动臂一的底端与连接架铰接，动臂一的顶端与动臂二铰接，动臂二的顶端与液压马达连接，液压马达的上部设置有刷子；动臂一与连接架之间设置有垂直拉伸液压缸，动臂一与动臂二之间设置有水平拉伸液压缸。
