一种大倾角输送带，它由基带、挡边和横隔板组成，挡边粘结在基带的两边缘处，横隔板粘结在基带的两挡边之间，基带依次由上胶层、横向帆布层、纵向帆布层、橡胶层、横向帆布层、下胶层组成，钢筋等距离间隔设置在橡胶层中，其特征是档边的横截面呈U形，其上端波幅大于其下端波幅，挡边向外倾斜的凹槽与基带平面之间夹角为95°～100°，档边的外侧根部设有支承加强筋。本实用新型由于挡边的扇形伸张性好，具有足够的挺性，基带的横向刚性好，因而横隔板与挡边结合紧密，输送带运行平稳，使用寿命长，输送机的动力消耗减少了，提高输送物料的效率。

背景技术：
输送带是由基带、挡边、横隔板组成，其中挡边大多数为S形，挡边的上、下端波幅相同，这种挡边的扇形伸张性差，在过滚筒时易撕裂，因而影响输送带的运行平稳，增大输送机的动力消耗，易造成输送带的早期损坏，从而缩短了输送带的使用寿命。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供一种使用寿命长的输送带。
本实用新型由基带、挡边和横隔板组成，挡边粘结在基带的两边缘处，横隔板粘结在基带的两挡边之间，基带依次由上胶层、横向帆布层、纵向帆布层、橡胶层、横向帆布层、下胶层组成，钢筋等距离间隔设置在橡胶层中，其特征是档边的横截面呈U形，其上端波幅大于其下端波幅，挡边向外倾斜的凹槽与基带平面之间夹角为95°——100°，档边的外侧根部设有支承加强筋。
本实用新型由于挡边的扇形伸张性好，具有足够的挺性，基带的横向刚性好，因而横隔板与挡边结合紧密，输送带运行平稳，使用寿命长，输送机的动力消耗减少了，提高输送物料的效率。

实施例：图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示，本实施例由基带8、挡边7和横隔板9组成，挡边7粘结在基带8的两边缘处，横隔板9粘结在基带8的两挡边之间，横隔板9的形状为T形；基带8依次由上胶层1、横向帆布层2、纵向帆布层3、橡胶层4、横向帆布层6、下胶层5组成，钢筋10等距离间隔设置在橡胶层4中，其特征是挡边7的横截面呈U形，其上端波幅大于其下端波幅，挡边7向外倾斜的凹槽与基带平面之间夹角为100°，挡边7的外侧根部设有加强筋11。
