本实用新型涉及振动筛，具体涉及一种波浪面筛网振动筛。
背景技术
众所周知，振动筛由筛箱、激振器组成，筛网安装在横梁的支撑件上，筛网两头卡在筛箱两侧卡条中。现有的筛网平面安装，虽有支撑件支撑着筛网，并且筛网上装有橡胶条，在筛网工作过程中由于跨度、重物等原因，不可避免发生筛网下垂现象，也就是通常说的挠度，筛网在支撑件上发生偏移，物料分布不均匀，影响工作效率，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种波浪面筛网振动筛，结构简单，操作方便，下料均匀，生产效率高。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：在横梁上安装支撑件，支撑件在横向平面上布置成波浪形，支撑件上经螺栓安装筛网，筛网的两头连接卡条，筛面为波浪面，凸面及凹面均匀分布。
本实用新型结构简单，操作方便，物料沿波浪形轨迹流动，筛网在工作时不发生偏移现象，下料均匀，生产效率高，使用寿命长。

如图1所示，在横梁5上安装支撑件2，支撑件2在横向平面上布置成波浪形，支撑件2上经螺栓3安装筛网1，筛网1的两头连接卡条4，筛面为波浪面，凸面及凹面均匀分布。
