在电力、煤炭、矿山、建材、化工等行业,人们都普遍使用筛板来对颗粒状物料进行筛分,随着聚氨酯材料的广泛应用,筛板的耐磨性能,耐腐蚀性能,耐湿性能都大大的提高,而且无毒无味,吸振性能好,延长了筛板的使用寿命。但是筛板的开孔方式多种多样,最常见的筛孔为圆形,条缝,方形等等,这种开孔方式筛选性能一般而且容易使筛孔堵塞,影响筛选效率。

本使用新型为了克服以上问题提供了一种高效聚氨酯筛板,其中每个筛孔的上端面至下断面逐渐变大,提高了筛选效率,降低了堵塞率。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高效聚氨酯筛板,筛板主体内设有金属骨架,在筛板主体平面内设有多个筛孔,每个筛孔的上端面至下端面的尺寸逐渐变大。
