背景技术
现有的挤出机采用电热圈对料筒进行加热,电热圈裹在料筒外,由电热圈将热量传递给料筒,电热圈加热方式主要有以下缺陷:电热转换利用率低,1/3以上的热量是通过电热圈散失的,开机预热时间长,加热效率低,能耗大,且电热圈长期处于高温下,使用寿命短,需定期检修、更换。

为了解决背景技术中的问题,本实用新型提出了一种电磁辐射加热装置,包括料筒,其改进在于:在料筒外裹覆玻璃保温棉层,在玻璃保温棉层外缠绕电磁感应线圈,电磁感应线圈的两端连接到电磁控制器。
所述电磁感应线圈为多组,多组电磁感应线圈沿料筒轴向分段缠绕,不同组电磁感应线圈的覆盖区域无重叠。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构为:它包括料筒1,在料筒1外裹覆玻璃保温棉层2,在玻璃保温棉层2外缠绕有电磁感应线圈3,电磁感应线圈3的两端连接到电磁控制器。电磁控制器将工频交流电整流、滤波、逆变为18-30KHz的高频交流电,并输出到电磁感应线圈3上,高频交流电透过玻璃保温棉层2作用到料筒1上,料筒1自身发热,对物料进行加热。
所述电磁感应线圈3为多组,多组电磁感应线圈3沿料筒1轴向分段缠绕,不同组电磁感应线圈3的覆盖区域无重叠。多组电磁感应线圈3可对料筒1进行分段加热,使料筒1温度可以更好的满足生产需求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁辐射加热装置,其特征在于:所述电磁感应线圈(3)为多组,多组电磁感应线圈(3)沿料筒(1)轴向分段缠绕,不同组电磁感应线圈(3)的覆盖区域无重叠。
