背景技术
现有的气动夹紧装置由汽缸、连杆和压板组成，汽缸带动连杆、压板对工件施加夹紧力。气动夹紧装置具有夹紧迅速，夹紧力可调节，结构简单，操作方便，不污染环境，有利于实现查询控制等优点，但是也具有传动不够平稳的缺陷。如何保证在汽缸传动不平稳的状态下，仍能可靠地夹紧工件，这对气动夹紧装置尤为重要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种具有自锁功能的气动夹紧装置，保证在汽缸传动不平稳的状态下，仍能可靠地夹紧工件。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：
一种气动夹紧装置，由汽缸和压板组成，所述压板由主动和被动斜楔两个斜块组成，两个斜块的斜面相契合；汽缸的活塞杆和主动斜楔连接。
本实用新型中主动和被动斜楔之间形成自锁，使气动夹紧装置处于夹紧状态时应能保持自锁，避免汽缸传动不稳定，导致的夹紧不稳，提高工件的装夹速度和稳定性。所述楔块的升角一般为60。-100。。
