Abstract
一种高效燃气节能灶,属于日常生活用品领域。本实用新型的目的是提供一种可触发控制火源,并且使用时通过自然风三次助燃的高效燃气节能灶。本实用新型灶体座与灶体主燃烧仓间通过连接件连接,在灶体主燃烧仓底部有高速定向燃烧器,在灶体座内部有燃气喷嘴,燃气喷嘴上端有混风器;在灶体主燃烧仓底端为三次给风区域;燃气管一端与燃气喷嘴相通,另一端通过燃气总阀与进气管连接,在燃气管的节能器外壳内部段安装有节能器快开阀,节能器快开阀通过快开阀连杆控制,快开阀连杆轴连接有节能器触发器,节能器触发器上端穿过灶体主燃烧器,并且节能器触发器与节能器外壳间安装有触发器回位弹簧。本实用新型较普通的燃气灶可节能55%以上,达到省一半高倍节能效果,尤其是具有结构合理安全,持久耐用易于维护,造价低廉极易普及且社会和经济效益显著等诸多优点。其适用于各大中小型饭店、宾馆、餐饮等机构及各类食堂。

[0002] 燃气灶已经成为人们日常生活必不可缺的用品,在宾馆、饭店等大型场所等更是应用较多,然而,这些宾馆、饭店等在使用中造成极大的浪费,无法人为去控制这些浪费,为经营者造成不可估计的损失。而且使用起来也很不方便。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种可触发控制火源,并且使用时通过自然风三次助燃的高效燃气节能灶。
[0004] 本实用新型灶体座与灶体主燃烧仓间通过连接件连接,在灶体主燃烧仓底部有高速定向燃烧器,在灶体座内部有燃气喷嘴,燃气喷嘴上端有混风器;在灶体主燃烧仓底端为三次给风区域;燃气管一端与燃气喷嘴相通,另一端通过燃气总阀与进气管连接,在燃气管的节能器外壳内部段安装有节能器快开阀,节能器快开阀通过快开阀连杆控制,快开阀连杆轴连接有节能器触发器,节能器触发器上端穿过灶体主燃烧器,并且节能器触发器与节能器外壳间安装有触发器回位弹簧。

[0007] 1、采用触发式调控原理,无需用电点火后放上炒锅起猛头,炒锅离则灶自动关闭主气路,留火种。方便操作且节能效果显著。从而防止了无荷空烧的浪费现象,可节省约 40%的燃气资源。
[0008] 2、本实用新型灶头采用大口径近乎全包围式盆形设计,比其他同型号灶口直径大 50MM,使炒锅锅体80%被包在灶口内,更好的利用火焰燃烧室所产生的热量,提高20%以上的热李永率。
[0009] 3、本实用新型灶体采用自然风三次给风,使燃气与氧气的混合比达到最佳值,使燃气燃烧充分,放热量提高。
[0010] 4、本实用新型燃烧器采用高速燃烧定向喷射式设计,使燃气燃烧时产生巨大的定向推力,形成爆炸式的超高速定向喷射火焰,火焰速度可达500米每秒,由于以上装置使燃气燃烧充分干净而呈蓝色的柱状超高速火焰,使火焰温度较之红色火焰提高近200°C,达到近1200°C,加上火焰的超高速喷射使被加热物的温升速度得以显著提高,进而极大提高了效率减少消耗,同时降低碳排放8%以上,也就是提高了 8%的燃烧值。

[0013] 本实用新型灶体座1与灶体主燃烧仓5间通过连接件4连接,在灶体主燃烧仓5 底部有高速定向燃烧器7,在灶体座1内部有燃气喷嘴2,燃气喷嘴2上端有混风器3,燃气喷嘴2喷出的燃气喷入混风器3中,在混风器3中与空气进行第一次混风。经过第一次混风后的燃气混合气进入到高速定向燃烧器7中,并且再一次的与高速定向燃烧器7中的空气进行第二次混合,也就是第二次混风,由于在高速定向燃烧器7中存留有火种,所以,在第二次混风并点燃,同时在高速定向燃烧器7内进行加速。在灶体主燃烧仓5底端为三次给风区域6,燃烧不充分的燃气进入灶体主燃烧仓5,在灶体主燃烧仓5的燃气在此区域进行第三次混风燃烧。燃气管15 —端与燃气喷嘴2相通,另一端通过燃气总阀14与进气管连接,在燃气管15的节能器外壳12内部段安装有节能器快开阀13,节能器快开阀13通过快开阀连杆11控制,快开阀连杆11轴连接有节能器触发器8,节能器触发器8上端穿过灶体主燃烧器5,并且节能器触发器8与节能器外壳12间安装有触发器回位弹簧9。在打开燃气总阀14,但节能器快开阀13关闭时,燃气管15中有微量的燃气通过,以保持高速定向燃烧器7中的火种不灭,便于使用。
[0014] 本实用新型在快开阀连杆11上有节能器火种调节器10,节能器火种调节器10与节能器外壳12间安装有回位弹簧。为了使高速定向燃烧器7内的火种供气,可以通过节能器火种调节器10调节供气量。

[0016] 操作时打开主控阀门,点燃火种,放上炒锅时,炒锅压动触发器顶端,此时触发器主气路控制器动作,燃气由气路喷嘴喷向混风器,继而混过风后的混合燃气进入定向高速燃烧器进行二次混风并燃烧,初燃的火气混合物经定向高速燃烧器的作用喷出超高速的柱状蓝色火焰并进行第三次混风加氧而剧烈燃烧。当取下锅时,触发式气路控制器复位,关闭主气路只留火种。

1. 一种高效燃气节能灶,其特征在于:灶体座(1)与灶体主燃烧仓(5)间通过连接件 (4)连接,在灶体主燃烧仓(5)底部有高速定向燃烧器(7),在灶体座(1)内部有燃气喷嘴 (2),燃气喷嘴(2)上端有混风器(3);在灶体主燃烧仓(5)底端为三次给风区域(6);燃气管(15) —端与燃气喷嘴(2)相通,另一端通过燃气总阀(14)与进气管连接,在燃气管(15) 的节能器外壳(12)内部段安装有节能器快开阀(13),节能器快开阀(13)通过快开阀连杆 (11)控制,快开阀连杆(11)轴连接有节能器触发器(8 ),节能器触发器(8 )上端穿过灶体主燃烧器(5),并且节能器触发器(8)与节能器外壳(12)间安装有触发器回位弹簧(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效燃气节能灶,其特征在于:在快开阀连杆(11)上有节能器火种调节器(10),节能器火种调节器(10)与节能器外壳(12)间安装有回位弹簧。
