本实用新型属于玻璃瓶制造领域,尤其是关于玻璃瓶制瓶过程中输送瓶子用的落瓶槽。
背景技术
目前,在西林瓶制瓶成型行业中,在瓶子成型后,需要经过辅助传输线或者其它的帮助将成型后的小瓶移送到退火炉的网带上面进行后续的退火处理。目前主要的传输线或者辅助手段是通过一个半圆形的滑道将瓶子直接移送到传送带上,再有传送带输送至退火炉网带上;或者直接由滑道移送至退火炉网带上。但是,这样由于落差等一些原因,引起瓶子的磕碰以及撞击力过大,使瓶子造成新的缺陷,比如瓶身出现白点、破碎、划痕等等原因。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种落瓶槽,是在滑道上增加一个非金属挡板,用于缓冲瓶子下滑的力量和速度,避免了瓶子直接与传送带的撞击和磕碰。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:落瓶槽,包括一个半圆弧形的滑道和瓶子,其特征在于:所述的滑道内侧增加一挡板,用圆柱销钉固定在滑道上。
所述的挡板是非金属挡板。

由图1知,是本实用新型的结构示意图。包括一个半圆弧形的滑道2和瓶子3,滑道2内侧增加一挡板1,用圆柱销钉固定在滑道2上。挡板用非金属材料做成较好,这样对瓶子没有损伤。
工作原理:当有瓶子3掉落时,瓶子3接触滑道2后顺着滑道2的轨道加速下滑,当瓶子接触到挡板1的时候,挡板1挡住瓶子3,使瓶子3的滑动速度降低后,缓慢的移出滑道2。
