Abstract

一种汽车变速器换挡拨叉,其特征在于:拨叉的拨块与拨叉是分体式的,尼龙拨块安装在拨叉的叉体下部孔内。本结构适用于汽车变速器换挡拨叉拨块部件的快速安装、拆卸及防脱落。采用一个可折弯的单金属片结构布置在拨块尾部,当安装该拨块时,只需折弯该金属片即可,而且当拆卸该拨块时,也只需折弯该金属片,既简单又实用,同时又能防止拨块脱落。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的汽车变速器换挡拨叉,克服原来一体式拨叉损坏需要更换整个拨叉,费时、费钱和费力的缺点。

本实用新型的技术效果是:采用这种快速装拆防脱落结构后,不仅能有效解决快速装配该拨叉的目的,又能防止拨块脱落,而且当这个尼龙拨块损坏时,能够在不更换整个拨叉的条件下,对尼龙拨块进行快速的拆卸并更换一个新的尼龙拨块,即节约了成本又提高了工作效率。

一种汽车变速器换挡拨叉,其特征在于:拨叉的拨块与拨叉是分体式的,尼龙拨块2安装在拨叉1的叉体下部孔内;尼龙拨块2的尾部有一可折弯的单金属片3结构,尼龙拨块2插入安装孔内后,人工用手轻压弯单金属片3即可,可以达到快速安装及拆卸拨块的功能要求,同时又能有效防止拨块的脱落。
