一种汽车变速器换挡拨叉，其特征在于：拨叉的拨块与拨叉是分体式的，尼龙拨块安装在拨叉的叉体下部孔内。本结构适用于汽车变速器换挡拨叉拨块部件的快速安装、拆卸及防脱落。采用一个可折弯的单金属片结构布置在拨块尾部，当安装该拨块时，只需折弯该金属片即可，而且当拆卸该拨块时，也只需折弯该金属片，既简单又实用，同时又能防止拨块脱落。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的汽车变速器换挡拨叉，克服原来一体式拨叉损坏需要更换整个拨叉，费时、费钱和费力的缺点。
