技术领域
本发明涉及轴承应用领域所用装置,更具体地说,涉及一种双向推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架。
背景技术
双向推力圆锥滚子轴承应用广泛,现有技术下双向推力圆锥滚子轴承采用的是车制实体保持架,多年来这样的保持架在国内一直采用螺钉来连接固定保持架座与盖。有些产品,为了防止螺丝松动,如图1-2所示,在螺丝旋紧前涂上金属胶,有些在螺钉旋紧后点焊等方式,以防止螺丝的松动,保持架盖与座加工的尺寸不同,保持架座的丝孔加工比较困难,装配劳动强度大、产品成本高。在实际使用中,由于保持架丝孔中含油,金属黏结不牢,焊接螺丝钉又有脱焊等现象,造成保持架螺钉松动,高出保持架外径或脱落,造成轴承早期失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够克服现有技术下存在的问题,提供一种装配简单,成本低廉,能够延长轴承使用寿命的新型双向推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架,本发明保持架重量轻,根本上解决了原结构存在的问题,提高了轴承回转灵活性,延长了轴承使用寿命,劳动强度降低,生产效率得以提高,降低了制造成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种新型双向推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架,包括保持架座06以及配套的保持架盖16,所述保持架座06设置有与轴承滚动体吻合的可包裹轴承滚动体的凹槽,所述保持架座06和保持架盖16包裹在轴承滚动体04外部,所述保持架座06内和保持架盖16内均设置有连接孔,所述保持架座06内的连接孔与保持架盖16内的连接孔尺寸一致,且相互配合;所述保持架座06以及保持架盖16的连接孔内安装圆柱销钉09。此外,所述保持架座06与保持架盖16内的连接孔尺寸一致。
本发明的优点在于,从根本上解决了现有技术下双推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架结构存在的问题,而且本发明保持架加工方便,装配简单,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,延长了轴承寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明一种新型双向推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架,如图3所示,包括保持架座06以及配套的保持架盖16,所述保持架座06设置有与轴承滚动体吻合的可包裹轴承滚动体的凹槽,所述保持架座06和保持架盖16包裹在轴承滚动体04外部,所述保持架座06内和保持架盖16内均设置有连接孔,所述保持架座06内的连接孔与保持架盖16内的连接孔尺寸一致,且相互配合;所述保持架座06以及保持架盖16的连接孔内安装圆柱销钉09。2所述保持架座06与保持架盖16内的连接孔尺寸一致。
本发明的保持架座06与保持架盖的连接孔径尺寸一直,同时加工,连接圆柱销钉,装入保持架座、与盖的连接固定孔且低于外径2--3mm,在小孔处凿印,将圆柱销钉固定于保持架内。
本发明的优点在于,从根本上解决了现有技术下双推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架结构存在的问题,而且本发明保持架加工方便,装配简单,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,延长轴承使用寿命。
