目前，在美术教学实践中，学生要么趴在桌子上绘画，要么站着在画板架上绘画，由于现有的画板架高度和角度均不能调整，因而无论是在桌子上绘画还是在画板架上绘画，均容易造成学生的疲劳并影响绘画的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是：提供一种既能调整画板高度又能调整画板角度的画板架。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的画板架，包括底座、固定在底座上的下支架、插入于下支架内且能上下滑动的上支架和画板，所述下支架和上支架之间设有固定上支架用的上下调整螺栓，所述画板的底部设有一个插入于上支架的旋转架，所述旋转架与上支架之间设有一个角度调整螺栓。
为了便于固定上支架和旋转架，本实用新型的画板架，所述上下调整螺栓和角度调整螺栓均为元宝螺栓。
本实用新型取得的有益效果是：(1)下支架和上支架之间设有上下调整螺栓，因而能调整画板的高度；(2)上支架和旋转架之间设有角度调整螺栓，因而能调整画板的角度；(3)上下调整螺栓和角度调整螺栓均为元宝螺栓，因而便于对上支架和旋转架进行固定。

绘画的时候，学生可根据自己身高和舒适的姿势，调节上下调整螺栓4和角度调整螺栓3，使画板1的位置达到最佳，从而减轻自己的疲劳感并提高绘画质量。
本实用新型的画板架，上下调整螺栓4和角度调整螺栓3均为元宝螺栓，因而便于对上支架5和旋转架3进行固定。
