本实用新型公开了一种液压振动筛,它包括有一台振动筛,振动筛的底座上安装有一副前高后低的减振支架,筛箱安装在前后支架上,在两个前支架之间的中部设有一道横梁,横梁上向后上方的筛箱底部中心接触安装有一台液压振动器,在液压振动器与前支架横梁之间安装有隔振弹簧。本实用新型用液压振动器代替传统的电机带动的偏心轴块式机械振动器,不但使整体结构简化、方便安装和拆卸,而且可有效地提高筛分效率,降低成本。

本实用新型涉及筛分,特别是一种以液压振动器为振动源,结构简单,使用和维修方便、故障率低的液压振动筛。
背景技术:
目前的振动筛,都是以电机带动偏心轴或偏心块做为振动源,存在的缺点是结构复杂,使用时振幅调整时必须停机,给使用和维修造成很多不便,而且能耗高、重量大、筛分效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种以液压振动器为振动源、结构简单,使用和维修都很方便,筛分效率高的液压振动筛。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有一台振动筛,其特征在于:振动筛的底座上安装有一副前高后低的减振支架,筛箱安装在前后支架上,在两个前支架之间的中部设有一道横梁,横梁上向后上方的筛箱底部中心接触安装有一台液压振动器,在液压振动器与前支架横梁之间安装有隔振弹簧。本实用新型用液压振动器代替传统的电机带动的偏心轴块式机械振动器,不但使整体结构简化、方便安装和拆卸,而且可有效地提高筛分效率,降低成本。
