Abstract

本实用新型是有关于一种椅脚踏环的升降结构,其包括椅脚踏环、锥度套筒、主轴套环、防尘盖及椅脚,令主轴套环套设于椅脚的主轴适处,令锥度套筒套设于主轴套环外,并令其内螺纹与主轴套环的外螺纹相配合,令椅脚踏环的中心套环套设于锥度套筒外,再将防尘盖置于中心套环及锥度套筒顶面,以螺丝锁固而成;当椅脚踏环以顺时针旋转,使其中心套环及锥度套筒随之旋转时,主轴套环可随锥度套筒的旋转而向上位移,进而使其压缩片受锥度套筒压迫而迫紧椅脚的主轴,而将椅脚踏环固定于所调整的位置。

椅脚踏环的升降结构
技术领域
本案是关于椅脚踏环的升降结构,尤指一种利用锥度套环的斜面放松及迫紧椅脚主轴,以快速改变椅脚踏环的高度。
背景技术
按,常见的椅脚圆盘升降结构1,请参阅图1、图2所示,其是利用中心套环10与C型套环11的配合,并于中心套环10的外侧开一圆孔12,该圆孔12内设有螺纹以供旋钮13锁固,当旋钮13旋紧时挤压C型套环11,迫使其固定于主轴14上,然,此种结构,由于该C型套环11是为橡胶材质,当旋钮13对该C型套环11迫紧时,会对C型套环11的表面造成损坏,再者,其旋钮13是单一点的迫紧C型套环11,亦容易造成C型套环11的损坏,更间接压迫主轴14,造成主轴14变形,进而影响圆型踏环15的升降功能;因此,市面乃出现另一种椅脚圆盘升降结构2,即中国台湾专利第M274863号「椅具升降机构」,请参阅图3、图4所示,其是令圆型踏环中心套环20内侧为一具斜面21的内孔且上端有螺纹22,并可与锥度套环23做紧密配合,而其锥度套环23所设方孔24内置放有软橡胶片25及斜面压块26;当圆型踏环中心套环20向下旋转时,中心套环20的斜面21往下与锥度套环密合时,可迫使斜面压块26向内压缩软橡胶片25,使其紧密贴合于主轴27上,达到迫紧固定的目的;然,此种结构,虽使用方便,然于长期使用后,却会因灰尘堆积于内部,导致转动调整困难,况且,其于制造上乃存在有构件繁多,制造不易及成本高的缺点。
有鉴于此,本发明人乃基于多年从事产业的经验及经多方测试,而发展出一种新的椅脚踏环的升降结构。
发明内容
本实用新型的椅脚踏环的升降结构,其设计目的在使椅脚踏环可在方便省力的情况下调整其高低位置,同时,使其可达到组成构件少、制造简易及成本低的目的。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的椅脚踏环的升降结构,其包括椅脚踏环、锥度套筒、主轴套环、防尘盖及椅脚,其特征在于:
椅脚踏环,其十字支架的中心部位具有一中心套环;
锥度套筒,其是由两对应的具锥度的半圆筒卡合而成,该半圆筒顶面适处各平均设有若干螺槽,而其内面顶部各具有内螺纹,其相卡合后,则形成具内螺纹的锥度套筒;
主轴套环,其是呈锥形,于其适处开设有数道沟槽,使主轴套环被分为数块压缩片,其顶部适处具有可与锥度套筒的内螺纹紧密配合的外螺纹;
防尘盖,其与锥度套筒顶面螺槽相对应处平均设有若干螺孔;
令主轴套环套设于椅脚的主轴,令锥度套筒套设于主轴套环外,并令其内螺纹与主轴套环的外螺纹紧密配合,令椅脚踏环的中心套环套设于锥度套筒外,再将防尘盖置于中心套环及锥度套筒顶面,并使其螺孔与锥度套筒的螺槽相对齐,以螺丝锁固。
是以,经由本实用新型上述的设计,是具有以下优点:
一、本实用新型藉锥度套筒全面式且施力平均的迫紧主轴套环,而主轴套环对椅脚主轴亦采全面式迫紧,而非单点固定,故禁得起长期使用,不易损坏。
二、本实用新型主轴套环是采全面式迫紧椅脚主轴,使其全面式的固定于所在位置,非单点固定,故其迫紧后不会倾斜或摇晃,稳固性极佳。
三、本实用新型具防尘盖的设计,可防止灰尘落入椅脚踏环的中心套环内,影响内部锥度套筒及主轴套环的配合紧密性及转动的顺畅度。
四、本实用新型仅需藉旋转椅脚踏环,即可调整椅脚踏环的高低位置,使用方便省力,且组成构件少,相对降低制造成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的椅脚踏环的升降结构3,请参阅图5至图7所示,其包括椅脚踏环30、锥度套筒31、主轴套环32、防尘盖33及椅脚34,其中椅脚踏环30的十字支架301的中心部位具有一中心套环302;锥度套筒31,其是由两对应的具锥度半圆筒310、311卡合而成,该半圆筒310、311顶面适处,各平均设有若干螺槽312a、312b,而其内面顶部各具有内螺纹313a、313b,其相卡合后,则形成一具内螺纹313a、313b的锥度套筒31;主轴套环32,其是呈与锥度套筒31可相配合的锥形,于其适处开设有数道沟槽320,使主轴套环32被分为数块压缩片321,其顶部适处具有可与锥度套筒31的内螺纹312a、312b紧密配合的外螺纹322;防尘盖33,其是呈环状,于其与锥度套筒31顶面螺槽312a、312b相对应处平均设有若干螺孔330;令主轴套环32套设于椅脚34的主轴340适处,令锥度套筒31套设于主轴套环32外,并令其内螺纹313a、313b下部与主轴套环32的外螺纹322上部紧密配合,令椅脚圆盘30的中心套环302套设于锥度套筒31外,再将防尘盖33置于中心套环302及锥度套筒31顶面,并使其螺孔330与锥度套筒31的螺槽312a、312b相对齐,以螺丝4锁固,此时,主轴套环32与椅脚34的主轴340间是呈放松状态,如图7所示。
请参阅图7、图8所示,当椅脚踏环30调整至所需位置时,顺时针旋转椅脚踏环30,使其中心套环302及锥度套筒31随之旋转,则锥度套筒31会因其内螺纹313a、313b与主轴套环32外螺纹322的相配合,而带动主轴套环32旋转并向上位移,同时,因锥度套筒31及主轴套环32的锥度设计,使主轴套环32向上位移后,其压缩片321迫紧椅脚34的主轴340,而使椅脚踏环30固定于所在的位置;欲重新调整椅脚踏环30的位置,则将椅脚踏环30以逆时针方向旋转,使锥度套筒31带动主轴套环32旋转下移,而使其压缩片321松开椅脚34的主轴340,则椅脚踏环30可重新进行上下位置的调整。

Claims (2)

1.一种椅脚踏环的升降结构,其包括椅脚踏环、锥度套筒、主轴套环、防尘盖及具主轴的椅脚,其特征在于:
椅脚踏环,其十字支架的中心部位具有一中心套环;
锥度套筒,其是由两对应的具锥度的半圆筒卡合而成,该半圆筒顶面适处各平均设有若干螺槽,而其内面顶部各具有内螺纹,其相卡合后,则形成具内螺纹的锥度套筒;
主轴套环,其是呈锥形,于其适处开设有数道沟槽,使主轴套环被分为数块压缩片,其顶部适处具有可与锥度套筒的内螺纹紧密配合的外螺纹;
防尘盖,其与锥度套筒顶面螺槽相对应处平均设有若干螺孔;
令主轴套环套设于椅脚的主轴,令锥度套筒套设于主轴套环外,并令其内螺纹与主轴套环的外螺纹紧密配合,令椅脚踏环的中心套环套设于锥度套筒外,再将防尘盖置于中心套环及锥度套筒顶面,并使其螺孔与锥度套筒的螺槽相对齐,以螺丝锁固。
2.如权利要求1所述的椅脚踏环的升降结构,其特征在于:其中,椅脚踏环旋转使其中心套环及锥度套筒随之旋转,则锥度套筒可带动主轴套环旋转位移,而使主轴套环的压缩片迫紧椅脚的主轴,而将椅脚踏环固定于所在的位置。
