本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种定位快速、准确的印花后绣花定位装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种高精度印花后绣花快速定位装置，包括绣花绷框，其创新点在于：还包括一透明台面，在所述透明台面下方设有光源，上端面贴有带绣花轮廓的薄膜；绣花绷框紧贴透明台面将薄膜夹在绣花绷框与透明台面之间，并在透明台面上设有对绣花绷框固定的磁铁块。
本实用新型的优点在于：使用时，将印花衣片置于绣花绷框上，在透明台面下方光源的作用下，操作人员可清晰透过印花衣片看到薄膜上的绣花轮廓，调整印花衣片在绣花绷框上的位置，使得印花衣片的印花与该绣花轮廓对应后，将印花衣片固定在绣花绷框上实现定位，定位准确、快捷，效率高。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，包括灯箱1、透明台面2、荧光灯3、薄膜4、绣花绷框5。
上述灯箱1的顶端设有可透光的透明台面2，该透明台面2下方的灯箱1内设有作为光源的荧光灯3，透明台面2上端面贴有带绣花轮廓的薄膜4。绣花绷框5紧贴透明台面2，两者将薄膜4夹在中间，透明台面2上下端设有与绣花绷框5上下端铁片对应的磁铁块6，磁铁块可将绣花绷框5固定在透明台面2的固定位置上，而薄膜4上绣花轮廓在荧光灯3的作用下在绣花绷框5上的投影位置与绣花绷框5安装到绣花机上后的绣花轮廓重合。
具体对印花后的衣片进行绣花定位时，先将绣花绷框5通过磁铁块定位、固定在透明台面2上，印花衣片置于绣花绷框5上，在透明台面2下方荧光灯3的作用下，操作人员可清晰透过印花衣片看到薄膜4上的绣花轮廓，根据该轮廓调整印花衣片在绣花绷框5上的位置，使得印花衣片的印花与该绣花轮廓对应后，将印花衣片固定在绣花绷框上实现定位，定位准确、快捷，效率高。
