背景技术
在现有技术中,主轴拉刀组件的拉杆和滑动芯是相连接的,但贴于两者间不是紧固的关系,因此滑动芯容易转动或松脱,令主轴工作精度降低,也妨碍主轴不能提高转速甚至不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种主轴的滑动芯防松机构,它可以阻止滑动芯转动或松脱,操作方便,结构简单,功能可靠,使用寿命长,便于推广及应用。
本实用新型技术解决方案是在现有的拉杆(1),滑动芯(2)基础上,本实用新型特别是拉杆(1)头部外壁与滑动芯(2)内壁通过螺纹相连接,滑动芯(2)内有拉杆顶丝(3)与拉杆(1)的头端端面相抵。
以上本实用新型所述的拉杆顶丝(3)的外壁与滑动芯(2)的内壁通过螺纹相连。
本实用新型所述的在滑动芯(2)的头端设有Y型密封圈(4),Y型密封圈(4)的前端设有螺纹压套(5)。
本实用新型当滑动芯(2)旋进拉杆(1)后并调整好距离,然后将拉杆顶丝(3)旋进滑动芯(2)后与拉杆(1)端面接触时,当不断拧紧拉杆顶丝时,拉杆顶丝(3)由径向力转化为轴向拉力,再由轴拉向力转化为螺纹之间摩擦力,使滑动芯(2)不能转动。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1.拉杆顶丝可防止滑动芯转动,操作方便,结构简单,功能可靠。
2.Y型密封圈(4)密封,使气体、灰尘不能进入主轴内腔。
3.具有结构简单紧凑,寿命长。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型在现有的拉杆1,滑动芯2基础上,拉杆1头部外壁与滑动芯2内壁通过螺纹相连接,滑动芯2内有拉杆顶丝3与拉杆1的头端端面相抵。所述的拉杆顶丝3的外壁与滑动芯2的内壁通过螺纹相连。所述的在滑动芯2的头端设有Y型密封圈4,Y型密封圈4的前端设有螺纹压套5。
