本实用新型涉及冲压模具技术领域,具体为一种新型环形薄壁零件的整形模具。
背景技术
一种用于汽车排气管的环形薄壁零件,其是由平片材料拉伸后切除底面后成型,由于其为薄厚很薄,在切除底面后易外圆失圆而导致其外圆轮廓度达不到设计要求,故需要对其进行整形加工。一般的整形模具其凸模与凹模均为刚性体,在对此种环形薄壁零件进行冲压整形时,由于其凸模不能与零件很好地贴合,凸模与凹模对零件进行冲压整形时易损坏零件,整形效果差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型环形薄壁零件的整形模具,其结构简单,整形效果好。
其技术方案是这样的,其包上模板和下模座,所述上模板与下模座之间通过导向机构导向合模,所述上模板上安装有凹模结构,所述下模座上安装有下模板,所述下模板上安装有凸模,其特征在于:所述凹模结构包括凹模外框,所述凹模外框内安装有凹模镶块,所述凹模镶块由聚氨酯制成,所述凸模为刚性凸模。
本实用新型的一种新型环形薄壁零件的整形模具,其凹模结构内的凹模镶块由聚氨酯制成,由于凹模镶块为软质材料,其在对零件进行冲压整形时能够与零件壁很好地贴合,从而达到理想地整形较果。
