Abstract
本实用新型为一种具有超温报警功能的监控装置。其技术方案为：它包括安装在云台上的红外热像仪、可见光摄像机，所述红外热像仪带有超温检测板，所述可见光摄像机带有可见光烟火检测板，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机均与云台主控板连接，云台与视频服务器连接，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机能够同时各输出一路视频，所述视频服务器与监控主机连接。使用本实用新型能够及时发现故障隐患，本实用新型可同时输出两路视频，并具有热像仪超温检测和可见光火灾检测功能，两路视频经视频服务器压缩编码后传送至指挥控制中心的监控主机。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种监控装置，尤其涉及一种具有超温报警功能的监控装置。
背景技术
自然界中任何温度高于绝对零度的物体，都会因自身的分子运动不停地向周围空间辐射红外线，其辐射能量与自身温度的四次方成正比，红外热像仪就是利用红外探测器和光学成像物镜接收物体所发出的红外辐射能量，通过光电转换、电信号处理等手段，将目标物体的温度分布转换为物体的视频热图像的一种仪器。利用热像仪测量物体表面的热状态具有以下几个方面的优势：一、非接触式检测，不用接触被测物，可以安全直观的找到发热点；二、一幅二维画面可以体现监测范围所有点的温度情况，具有直观性。三、设备在发生故障之前通常都会发热，便于及时发现隐藏故障，对关键设备进行预防性检测；四、由于红外辐射无时不在，故能昼夜工作，而自身无辐射源，利于隐蔽；五、在大面积的森林中，火灾往往是由不明显的隐火引发的。这是毁灭性火灾的根源，用现有的普通监视系统，很难发现这种隐性火灾苗头，采用红外热像仪则可以快速有效地发现这些隐火，把火灾消灭在最初。
红外热像仪用于监控领域在白天时相对于可见光摄像机存在以下两个问题：一、红外热图像表征景物的温度分布，是灰度图像，没有彩色和立体感觉，故对人眼而言，分辨率低；二、热成像系统的探测能力和空间分辨率低于可见光CCD阵列，使得红外图像的清晰度低于可见光图像。
目前，市场上的监控类热像仪或者不带可见光摄像机，或者不具备自动报警功能，采用人工巡检方式，不仅费时费力，而且不易及时发现故障隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术所存在的缺点，而提供的一种能够及时发现温度过高目标的具有超温报警功能的监控装置，本实用新型可同时输出两路视频，并具有热像仪超温检测和可见光火灾检测功能，两路视频经视频服务器压缩编码后传送至指挥控制中心的监控主机。
本实用新型是通过如下技术措施实现的：一种具有超温报警功能的监控装置，它包括安装在云台上的红外热像仪、可见光摄像机，所述红外热像仪带有超温检测板，所述可见光摄像机带有可见光烟火检测板，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机均与云台主控板连接，云台与视频服务器连接，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机能够同时各输出一路视频，所述视频服务器与监控主机连接。
本实用新型的具体特点还有，上述超温检测板包括与热成像仪的探测器连接的图像采集模块、图像处理模块、阈值及参数设定模块和报警输出模块，所述图像采集模块和阈值及参数设定模块均与图像处理模块连接，所述图像处理模块与报警输出模块连接，所述图像处理模块还包括阈值计算子模块、二值化子模块、连通域检测子模块和超温区域标记子模块。
本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知，本实用新型在配备有热成像仪的同时加装可见光摄像机能够更真实的反映现场情况，它可同时输出两路视频，并具有热像仪超温检测和可见光火灾检测功能，两路视频经视频服务器压缩编码后传送至指挥控制中心的监控主机。将本装置应用于森林防火时，运行可见光烟火检测算法，白天红外热像仪检测到高温目标，同时可见光摄像机检测到火源时，云台停止巡航，并向远程监控主机发送报警信息，夜间由于环境干扰较少只需要红外热像仪检测到超温目标即可认定有火情。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过一个具体实施方式，对本方案进行阐述。
如图1所示，一种具有超温报警功能的监控装置，它包括安装在云台1上的红外热像仪2、可见光摄像机3，所述红外热像仪2带有超温检测板，所述可见光摄像机3带有可见光烟火检测板，所述红外热像仪2和可见光摄像机3均与云台主控板连接，云台1与视频服务器4连接，所述红外热像仪2和可见光摄像机3能够同时各输出一路视频，所述视频服务器4与监控主机5连接。其中，超温检测板包括与热成像仪的探测器连接的图像采集模块、图像处理模块、阈值及参数设定模块和报警输出模块，所述图像采集模块和阈值及参数设定模块均与图像处理模块连接，所述图像处理模块与报警输出模块连接，所述图像处理模块还包括阈值计算子模块、二值化子模块、连通域检测子模块和超温区域标记子模块。
热像仪工作在8~14μm，属于远红外波段，目标温度越高，从热成像探测器输出的数字信号值越大，即数字图像的灰度值越大，根据这个特点，红外热像仪超温检测工作过程如下：图像采集模块将热成像探测器输出的高精度图像数据写入内存，图像处理模块运行超温检测算法，首先根据目标和背景的对比度计算出原始阈值，再结合用户设定的目标温度等级，计算出二值化阈值，将图像进行二值化后进行连通域检测，计算出目标区域面积和坐标，在画面上标识出超温区域并通过串口发出报警信息。
由于探测器接收到的红外辐射能量受监控距离和工作环境的影响，被检测目标的温度范围也各不相同，所以为了达到理想的报警效果，通常需要根据用户的具体使用环境设定被监控目标的温度等级，即目标与背景的温度差别等级。
可见光烟火检测算法：当本装置应用于设备故障检测时，热成像检测到超温警报时，就向监控中心发出报警信息。当本装置应用于森林防火时，运行可见光烟火检测算法，白天热成像检测到高温目标，同时可见光摄像机检测到火源时，云台停止巡航，并向远程监控主机发送报警信息，夜间由于环境干扰较少只需要热成像检测到超温目标即可认定有火情。
报警和控制信号传输：发现超温目标后，云台停止巡航，将报警信息再加上机器ID，报警时的俯仰和水平角度打包后通过RS485传给视频服务器，视频服务器通过网络传给监控主机，报警信息包括：机器ID，云台水平和俯仰角度，超温区域的坐标(左上角和右下角)。发送完报警信息后，为了不丢失其他位置的监控视频，云台停止一段时间后，重新启动巡航。来自指挥控制中心的云台控制命令经网络传输给视频服务器解析后再通过RS485总线发送给云台。
监控主机上运行后端监控软件，将来自视频服务器的视频码流解压后在控制界面上显示双路视频，同时对视频进行实时录像。监控软件支持地图显示，直观显示各个监控点在监控区域的位置和监控区域的大致平面结构，在警情发生时，可以通过报警信息，快速定位报警地点。监控软件还集成了云台、热像仪、可见光摄像机的控制功能，通过点击界面按钮可以控制监控点的云台上下，左右旋转，对拍摄角度进行远程控制调整。
本实用新型未经描述的技术特征可以通过或采用现有技术实现，在此不再赘述，当然，上述说明并非是对本实用新型的限制，本实用新型也并不仅限于上述举例，本技术领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换，也应属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种具有超温报警功能的监控装置，其特征是，它包括安装在云台上的红外热像仪、可见光摄像机，所述红外热像仪带有超温检测板，所述可见光摄像机带有可见光烟火检测板，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机均与云台主控板连接，云台与视频服务器连接，所述红外热像仪和可见光摄像机能够同时各输出一路视频，所述视频服务器与监控主机连接。
