本实用新型涉及通讯光缆布设领域,尤其涉及一种通讯光缆剥线器。
背景技术
目前通讯光缆布设时需要剥外皮,一般使用电工刀手工操作,不但费力,且常常对光芯造成伤害,特别是在冬季室外施工时,更加困难,弄不好还会割破手。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通讯光缆剥线器,在剥光缆外皮时不会伤害光芯,并且使用省力。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
通讯光缆剥线器,其特征在于,包括底座、压板、刀片,底座一端与压板通过固定轴铰接,底座和压板的相对位置分别设有若干凹槽,底座与压板贴紧时,凹槽拼成圆孔,压板上的凹槽底部设有刀片。
所述刀片与压板的相对位置通过螺钉调节。
所述凹槽直径由大到小分布。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:剥光缆外皮时不会伤害光芯,刀片切削深度可调,并且使用省力,选择直径合适的凹槽和切割深度,绕光缆旋转一周即可。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
见图1,是本实用新型通讯光缆剥线器结构示意图,包括底座1、压板2、刀片4,底座1一端与压板2通过固定轴3铰接,底座1和压板2的相对位置分别设有若干凹槽6,凹槽6直径由大到小分布,底座1与压板2贴紧时,凹槽6拼成圆孔,压板2上的凹槽6底部设有刀片4,刀片4与压板2的相对位置通过螺钉5调节。
本实用新型使用时,将压板2绕固定轴3掀开,根据光缆外径将光缆入相应凹槽6内,调整螺钉5确定刀片4的切割深度,合上压板2,沿光缆横截面360度旋转即切割完毕。

1.通讯光缆剥线器,其特征在于,包括底座、压板、刀片,底座一端与压板通过固定轴铰接,底座和压板的相对位置分别设有若干凹槽,底座与压板贴紧时,凹槽拼成圆孔,压板上的凹槽底部设有刀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通讯光缆剥线器,其特征在于,所述刀片与压板的相对位置通过螺钉调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通讯光缆剥线器,其特征在于,所述凹槽直径由大到小分布。
