Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种具有胶体透镜的LED,支架上设有LED芯片,透镜装置设置在支架上方并覆盖住所述的LED芯片,所述的透镜装置为由单一胶体材料成型的物理性质均一的透镜。所述的透镜为弹性胶凝固后形成的胶体透镜。该具有胶体透镜的LED由于具有物理性质均一的透镜,在回流焊时不会因为膨胀系数不一致导致LED器件破坏,从而有效保障器件的质量稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有胶体透镜的LED。
背景技术
传统大功率LED采用PC透镜封装,透镜与支架间的间隙用果冻状胶体填充。如图1所示,采用PC透镜封装的LED在经过260℃高温回流焊时,果冻胶体会因为热胀冷缩的作用会挤掉PC透镜或者与PC透镜形成空气隔层,从而严重影响LED器件的质量。因此,有必要对这种照明器件进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种具有胶体透镜的LED,该具有胶体透镜的LED由于具有物理性质均一的透镜,在回流焊时不会因为膨胀系数不一致导致LED器件破坏,从而有效保障器件的质量稳定。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有胶体透镜的LED,支架上设有LED芯片,透镜装置设置在支架上方并覆盖住所述的LED芯片,所述的透镜装置为由单一胶体材料成型的物理性质均一的透镜。
所述的透镜为弹性胶凝固后形成的胶体透镜。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型的具有胶体透镜的LED,采用由单一胶体材料成型的物理性质均一的透镜,由于支架上方的透镜装置只有胶体部份,是物理性质均一的,在LED过回流焊时胶体的热胀冷缩并不会对LED造成破坏,从而保障了LED的质量稳定。

如图2-3所示,一种具有胶体透镜的LED,支架上设有LED芯片,透镜装置设置在支架上方并覆盖住所述的LED芯片,所述的透镜装置为由单一胶体材料成型的物理性质均一的透镜。所述的透镜为弹性胶凝固后形成的胶体透镜。

制备本实用新型所述的具有胶体透镜的LED的工艺:将成型模具压紧支架,然后向成型磨具内的空腔打入弹性胶。送入烤箱内烘烤。待弹性胶体成型后,取掉成型模具即可。

1.一种具有胶体透镜的LED,支架上设有LED芯片,透镜装置设置在支架上方并覆盖住所述的LED芯片,其特征在于,所述的透镜装置为由单一胶体材料成型的物理性质均一的透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有胶体透镜的LED,其特征在于,所述的透镜为弹性胶凝固后形成的胶体透镜。
