本实用新型提供的一种双色成型注塑机用模架，其特征在于，包括两套结构相同的模架组件，其中，模架组件包括对接的动模模架及定模模架，在动模模架及定模模架上各开有“凸”字形通孔，使得模架组件中部为一“工”字形通孔。本实用新型的优点是：通过增加标准通用模架，通过双色注塑机的标准模块，能够同时生产两种不同款式产品，大大提高双色注塑机的使用率，并且实现了全自动化生产，同时节省减轻员工的劳动强度。并且节省了一台注塑机的生产成本及能耗，为公司降低了设备成本提高了生产效率，并且做到节能减排。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双色成型注塑机用模架，使用该模架后，使得双色成型注塑机不仅可以生产双色产品，而且可以生产单色产品。
背景技术
由于公司生产的产品往往款式较多，需要不同种类的注塑机来满足产品的生产，特别是一种双色成型注塑机的需求量非常大。但是一般双色成型注塑机只能很专一得生产双色产品，如果没有双色产品订单时，这款双色成型注塑机就闲置在车间，不能生产其它普通的产品，造成资源的浪费。为了实现双色成型注塑机能够生产单色普通的产品，将通过技术改造模具和机械装置，即不影响原来双色产品的生产，又可以同时生产两种单色产品，降低公司的生产成本，对公司对环保节能起到互利双赢的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使得双色成型注塑机能生产单色产品的模架。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种双色成型注塑机用模架，其特征在于，包括两套结构相同的模架组件，其中，模架组件包括对接的动模模架及定模模架，在动模模架及定模模架上各开有“凸”字形通孔，使得模架组件中部为一“工”字形通孔。
进一步，在所述动模模架和/或定模模架内设有至少一块用于调节厚度的厚度调整板。
本实用新型的优点是：通过增加标准通用模架，通过双色注塑机的标准模块，能够同时生产两种不同款式产品，大大提高双色注塑机的使用率，并且实现了全自动化生产，同时节省减轻员工的劳动强度。并且节省了一台注塑机的生产成本及能耗，为公司降低了设备成本提高了生产效率，并且做到节能减排。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图1至图3所示，为本实用新型提供的一种双色成型注塑机用模架，包括两套结构相同的模架组件1，其中，模架组件1包括对接的动模模架2及定模模架3，在动模模架2及定模模架3上各开有“凸”字形通孔，使得模架组件1中部为一“工”字形通孔。在动模模架2和/或定模模架3内设有至少一块用于调节厚度的厚度调整板4。
如图1所示，使用时，先将第一套模架组件1安装到双色成型注塑机上，并测量要安装模具的厚度，选用合适的厚度调整板4，再将模具5放入模架组件1内，并固定，再将双色注塑机调整到合适的锁模力，然后安装第二套模架组件1，标准通用模架安装好后，需要参照第一套安装好的标准通用模架厚度来选用厚度调整板4，这样操作是为了避免因为两套模具的厚度不同，而造成模具锁模力大小有差异，导致模具锁模不平衡，模具5安装好后，采用双臂机械手实行全自动化生产。

1.一种双色成型注塑机用模架，其特征在于，包括两套结构相同的模架组件（1），其中，模架组件（1）包括对接的动模模架（2）及定模模架（3），在动模模架（2）及定模模架（3）上各开有“凸”字形通孔，使得模架组件（1）中部为一“工”字形通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双色成型注塑机用模架，其特征在于，在所述动模模架（2）和/或定模模架（3）内设有至少一块用于调节厚度的厚度调整板（4）。
