本实用新型公开了一种用于通载甲板上的平式舱孔盖。主要由舱孔座1、舱孔盖2、流水管3组成。舱孔座由外围板、圈板、肘板、内围板装焊而成；舱孔座通过外围板装焊在箱体的甲板上，且与甲板面平齐；舱孔盖由围板、圈板、肘板、横肋、纵肋、盖板、座圈装焊而成，在舱孔盖内嵌有密封填料；舱孔座与舱孔盖间，用螺栓连接。通载甲板用的平式舱孔盖用作浮桥及工程船舱孔盖能通载，能承压，同时结构简单，重量轻，密封可靠，制造使用简便。

本实用新型涉及一种舱孔盖，特别涉及用于甲板车行道的平式舱孔盖。
背景技术
由于通行甲板既要承受轮式荷载或履带式荷载，又要不影响车辆通行。现有的船用标准舱孔盖的结构型式一种为凸式结构，安装高度高出甲板面，影响车辆的通行，且不能承压，不能用在车行道处；另一种为埋入式水密舱孔盖，其结构强度不能承受轮式荷载或履带式荷载，也不适合用于通行甲板处。目前使用在通行甲板处的舱孔盖虽然是平式的，可以通载和承压，但是连接螺栓多，密封不可靠，结构复杂，舱孔座与盖的配合面配合要求高，加工和使用均复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，设计一种平式舱孔盖，安装在通行甲板上，使其能承受轮式压力或履带压力，而又不影响车辆通行。
本实用新型是通过以下方案实现的：通载甲板用的平式舱孔盖包括舱孔座、舱孔盖、流水管；
舱孔座由外围板、圈板、肘板、内围板装焊而成。在圈板上设有4个对称螺栓孔和一个流水孔，流水管3焊接在圈板的流水孔处；舱孔座通过外围板装焊在箱体的甲板上，且与甲板面平齐；
舱孔盖由围板、圈板、肘板、横肋、纵肋、盖板、座圈装焊而成，在舱孔盖内嵌有密封填料；
舱孔座与舱孔盖间，用螺栓连接。
本实用新型有以下优点：通载甲板用的平式舱孔盖用作浮桥及工程船舱孔盖能通载，能承压，同时结构简单，重量轻，密封可靠，制造使用简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明：
如图1所示，本实用新型通载甲板用的平式舱孔盖包括舱孔座1、舱孔盖2、流水管3。
如图2所示，舱孔座1由外围板4、圈板5、肘板6、内围板7装焊而成。在圈板上设有4个对称螺栓孔和一个流水孔，流水管3焊接在圈板的流水孔处；内围板7装焊在圈板5的内侧，可防止积水进入舱内；舱孔座1通过外围板4装焊在箱体的甲板上，且与甲板面平齐。
如图3所示，舱孔盖2由围板8、圈板9、肘板10、横肋11、纵肋12、盖板13、座圈14装焊而成；在舱孔盖内嵌有密封填料15。
舱孔座与舱孔盖间，用螺栓连接。

1.一种通载甲板用的平式舱孔盖，包括舱孔座(1)、舱孔盖(2)、流水管(3)，其特征在于：舱孔座(1)由外围板(4)、圈板(5)、肘板(6)、内围板(7)装焊而成，在圈板上设有四个对称螺栓孔和一个流水孔，流水管(3)焊接在圈板的流水孔处，舱孔座(1)通过外围板(4)装焊在箱体的甲板上，且与甲板面平齐；舱孔盖(2)由围板(8)、圈板(9)、肘板(10)、横肋(11)、纵肋(12)、盖板(13)、座圈(14)装焊而成，在舱孔盖内嵌有密封填料(15)。
