本实用新型公开了一种汽车省油器,包括设在内燃机排气管上的、带有冷水管及水蒸汽出口管的采热器,该采热器的水蒸汽出口管经催化器中的催化剂与电解器相通;电解器内部设有正、负对应布置的电极对,外部设有与内燃机相通的出气管。本实用新型可将水分解成氢、氧气体,并送入内燃机内参与燃料燃烧,替代部分燃料,从而降低了燃料消耗,实现了节能减排的目的。经实测,本实用新型可节油20%以上。同时,将原有内燃机尾气中的热量也予以回收利用,降低了燃料的消耗,也减少了环境污染。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理,适用于各种类型的内燃机,具有广泛的推广价值。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于节能技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车省油器。
二、背景技术
汽车内燃机是一种消耗石油产品的的动力源。20世纪内燃机开始推广,到70年代后期已占一次能源消费结构中的一半左右,对当前世界面临的石油资源枯竭及生态环境恶化具有决定性的影响。由于内燃机设计本身存在的局限性,其效率仅为20%~30%,约有55%的能量以温室气体形式从尾气排出,不仅浪费能源,而且污染环境。此前国内外不少人曾提出水助燃法。该法的思路是在燃油中掺入水或水蒸气,使其在燃烧室的高温高压下分解为氢气和氧气进行燃烧,从而节省燃油的消耗量。实践证明,这种方法不可能真正产生氢气、氧气,充其量是发生水煤气反应,节油率一般不超过5%,实际意义不大,难以推广应用。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车省油器,该省油器不仅能够充分利用内燃机尾气余热的热量,还可将水分解成氢、氧气提供给内燃机,替代部分燃料,从而降低油耗,达到节能减排的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:该省油器包括设在内燃机排气管上的、带有冷水管及水蒸汽出口管的采热器,该采热器的水蒸汽出口管经催化器中的催化剂与电解器相通;电解器内部设有正、负对应布置的电极对,外部设有与内燃机相通的出气管。
采用上述结构,使用时,冷水经采热器被内燃机排气管热量加热成过水蒸汽后进入催化器,被催化器内的催化剂催化成富含氢、氧离子的水蒸汽后,进入电解器内,水蒸汽中的氢离子在正、负极间电子束的轰击中捕获电子,转化为氢原子并迅速结合为氢分子即氢气,失去氢离子的氧离子则自动转化为氧分子即氧气。产生的氢、氧气体被送入内燃机内参与燃料燃烧,替代部分燃料,从而降低了燃料消耗,实现了节能减排的目的。经实测,本实用新型可节油20%以上。同时,将原有内燃机尾气中的热量也予以回收利用,降低了燃料的消耗,也减少了环境污染。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理,适用于各种类型的内燃机,具有广泛的推广价值。

五、具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型包括嵌装在内燃机排气管1上的、带有冷水管3及水蒸汽出口管4的采热器2。该采热器2的水蒸汽出口管4经催化器5中的催化剂10及水管6与电解器7相通。催化器内的催化剂为锰催化剂。电解器10内部设有正、负对应布置的电极对9。该电极对9可根据实际需要,采用一组或多组。电解器10的外部设有与内燃机相通的出气管8,用于向内燃机内输送氢、氧气体。

1.一种汽车省油器,其特征是:包括设在内燃机排气管(1)上的、带有冷水管(3)及水蒸汽出口管(4)的采热器(2),该采热器(2)的水蒸汽出口管(4)经催化器(5)中的催化剂(10)与电解器(7)相通;电解器(7)内部设有正、负对应布置的电极对(9),外部设有与内燃机相通的出气管(8)。
