技术领域
本实用新型涉及能够防止液体或气体倒流的装置,尤其是一种对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀。
背景技术
目前,市面上流通的止回阀,结构形式虽然很多,但止回效果都不理想,容易有回流现象。原因在于安装形式,密封形式的不理想。大多数止回阀只能正向装,如达不到这种要求时或在水流入口处水的注入方向不与止回阀垂直进,容易造成阀芯偏心,造成回流。市面上止回阀的阀芯与阀体之间是以硬密封形式。对阀芯、阀体密封面加工要求高,精度达不到时就会有回流现象。为了解决密封问题,往往使用粗大的弹簧强制让阀芯归位。造成止回阀的开启压力增大,当压力小时甚至无法打开止回阀。止回阀阀芯归位时还易发出响声,对环境造成污染。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的正是为了克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,对安装形式无要求,流体通过时阻力低,阀动作时低噪音,防回流效果好的对止回阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,包括圆柱型的阀体,阀体上有通孔,阀体的一端与阀芯之间的通孔内安装有圆环形的密封环;密封环由阀盖挡板压紧在阀体底部端面上,阀盖挡板紧贴阀体,由挡板压住阀盖挡板;所述挡板为圆环形,中间有圆环形导向孔,由分布均匀的三条筋支撑到挡板外环;导向体一端套入导向孔内,挡板止口套在阀体通孔上,阀体与挡板之间有密封圈。
作为优选,在阀芯的圆柱体上套有弹簧,弹簧一端套在挡板的导向体上,另一端将球面形阀盖压贴到密封环的环面上。
作为优选,所述阀体通孔内与密封环相配合密封的阀芯为球面形状。
作为优选,所述阀体通孔内压紧密封环的阀盖挡板为6角点接触结构。
本实用新型有益的效果是:使用时将对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀案卷在两片法兰之间,由长螺栓夹紧固定即可。液体从阀体一端流放,从挡板一端流出。当流体从挡板一端进入时阀芯关闭,起到防倒流作用。其中密封环为软体材料,阀芯在归位密封时密封效果好,无噪音。内部安装的弹簧为轻型弹簧,在阀芯开启时需要的压力低,同时阻力小。阀盖与进液体部位采用圆球面形状。流体进放时被均匀的分部到阀盖整个圆面流入腔体内,阀芯受流体的冲击力合成为向后的力,阀芯向后运动时阻力小,达到平衡效果,对接触部件磨损小,延长了止回阀的使用寿命。阀盖密封面采用球面形状,当止回阀归位关闭时,阀芯即使偏心,密封面也能很好的密封。改变了以往止回阀只能竖着安装的现状。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,这种对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,包括圆柱型的阀体1,阀体1上有通孔,阀体1的一端与阀芯3之间的通孔内安装有圆环形的密封环2;密封环2由阀盖挡板4压紧在阀体1底部端面上,阀盖挡板4紧贴阀体1,由挡板7压住阀盖挡板4。在阀芯3的圆柱体上套有弹簧6,弹簧一端套在挡板7的导向体上,另一端将球面形阀盖压贴到密封环2的环面上。所述挡板7为圆环形,中间有圆环形导向孔,由分布均匀的三条筋支撑到挡板外环;导向体一端套入导向孔内,挡板止口套在阀体1通孔上,阀体1与挡板7之间有密封圈5。所述阀体1通孔内与密封环2相配合密封的阀芯3为球面形状,所述阀体1通孔内压紧密封环2的阀盖挡板4为6角点接触结构。
安装结构关系:密封环2位于阀体1的通孔一侧,阀芯3圆球面接触密封环2开位于阀体1中间,阀芯圆柱型导向体向阀体1开口方向,阀盖挡板4套在阀体1内,并且阀盖挡板4的有脚一端压紧密封环2,弹簧6套在阀芯3的圆柱形导向体上,同时套在挡板7圆柱体上,挡板7套入阀体1内并压紧阀盖挡板4,密封圈5套在挡板7外圈上,并被压在挡板7与阀体1之间。阀芯3的圆柱体穿过阀盖挡板4套入挡板7中间孔内。

1.一种对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,其特征是:包括圆柱型的阀体(1),阀体(1)上有通孔,阀体(1)的一端与阀芯(3)之间的通孔内安装有圆环形的密封环(2);密封环(2)由阀盖挡板(4)压紧在阀体(1)底部端面上,阀盖挡板(4)紧贴阀体(1),由挡板(7)压住阀盖挡板(4);所述挡板(7)为圆环形,中间有圆环形导向孔,由分布均匀的三条筋支撑到挡板外环;导向体一端套入导向孔内,挡板止口套在阀体(1)通孔上,阀体(1)与挡板(7)之间有密封圈(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,其特征是:在阀芯(3)的圆柱体上套有弹簧(6),弹簧一端套在挡板(7)的导向体上,另一端将球面形阀盖压贴到密封环(2)的环面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对夹式低阻力平衡止回阀,其特征是:所述阀体(1)通孔内与密封环(2)相配合密封的阀芯(3)为球面形状。
